This has happened to me twice with same evening guys, preet and his co worker. These guys were too arrogant and showed unnecessary attitude first time and unfortunately waked into same guys after 3 months and this time did not even address standing there and took nor order for 10 minutes until i walked out disappointed.

Service good , clean got a Canadian club Which I really like.But what's going on with the size bread smaller portion smaller price higher . And it's not all stores. I bought one 2 days go from highway 97. It was awesome lots of stuff on it. GREAT.the one in rutland I can touch my fingers together around it. Hardly put any stuff on it. I won't go there again.

My boyfriend has food poisoning today and only had the Subway so it’s from that. Very upset about it. He’s had to take the day off work and he’s been really bad since an hour after eating it. He never gets sick so it’s a shame.
Ordered online from this location, got a pizza sub and paid for extra cheese. Got home, no pizza sauce, just pepperoni and instead of extra cheese got no cheese.

I was at the location yesterday around 1 PM, and I was attended to by an employee who was completely unprepared to serve the public.
When I started my order, the employee not only created a heavy atmosphere and made the environment tense with his bad mood, but he was also rude and impolite. He treated me with disrespect in front of other customers because he didn't understand what I had said, making it seem like an effort to repeat myself. Other people who heard him also didn't understand what he was saying.
Other people also found the employee's behavior rude. I will not be coming back, not even for a glass of water.

Disgusting. The older Asian lady serving was handling food and dealing with the cash, taking coupons, all while wearing the same pair of gloves. Dude serving me didn’t know what an assorted sub was?? He knew the Tandoori one though!

I pleasantly greeted the staff & requested my sandwich, the young lady got annoyed when I asked her to put on fresh gloves (she made change with the others)She got offended & rolled her eyes!!!After I asked her to blot the HOT, GREASY BACON, she got even more frustrated.... IMMATURE + SNOTTY
