Amazing subway, outstanding customer service from two ladies working in the evening. Friendly staff , neat and clean location. I have visited numerous restaurants but this one is the best. Everything was just perfect, amazing.

I hate when you go to a place like this and it's a crap shoot , very chintzy, on your veggies you get on your sub and not just one thing, got a club there wasn't even enough lettuce to cover one side of the sub. And then I asked for onions, she gave me 4 pieces of onion. I had to ask for more lettuce, more onions. I asked for one little line of mustard. She put a big line, h splattered it all over the one end of the sub. And then mayo she gives me this tiny little line.It's like what are you doing. 21 dollars I paid .. the time before this was perfect really how hard is it to make a sub like the picture. This happens at a lot of subways probably the owners

best friken subway of my life. the people working there are so nice and quick. and when i said “LOTS of pickles” she loaded my sub full of pickles. absolutely perfect. never had a better one

Worst Customer Service I ever had in my life it was 10:32 in the night and there closing time is 11:00 pm but girl told me that we can only serve the cold food that totally ridiculous if there closing time is 11:00 pm they can’t say this thing as per their policy .
Shut down your business if you guys are not able to provide your services properly and not able to follow the protocols

Not really a good location, lack in service, employees better sleep enough before coming to work and show some respect to the customers and greet them and if they get better trained i bet they would a lot better, it was my first visit and I don’t think so I am coming back now.

I came here in September 2023. I just finished a domestic trip across Canada, and my flight landed 30 minutes early. My dad wasn't at the airport yet so I stopped to get lunch. Place was clean and quiet. My sandwich was made to my liking. I will come here again if I have to wait to be picked up again after a flight.

WE LIVE IN LAKE COUNTRY AND WILL NEVER GO TO THE LOCAL SUBWAY AGAIN.WE COME OUT TO THIS ONE BY THE AIRPORT AND IT IS SOO CLEAN EVERYTHING STOCKED STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.THEY KNOW FOOD SAFE AND CLEAN UTENSILS AND BOARD AFER EACH SUB SO THERE IS NO CROSS CONTAMINATION WHICH IS IMPORTANT FOR ALLERGIES,OR FOOD PREFENCES.THIS IS THE SUBWAY WE WILL ALWAYS COME TO AWESOME JOB.MAYBE YOU CAN TRAIN THE OWNER AND STAFF IN LAKE COUNTRY HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS PROPERLY.

This was our second visit and was worse than the first one. Went in and the lone employee was busy making an obvious on line order as there was no one else in the store. Was not acknowledged at all. I waited and waited and then another customer came in. Another employee came out of the back and took the order from lady who came in AFTER me. Finally the on line order was completed and the original clerk took my order. I ordered 2 foot long veggies on whole wheat. She made them on white bread. The portions were so incredibly sparse I couldn’t believe it. One sandwich was without cheese, which seemed to irritate her. I asked her to put more than 4 slices of tomato on them as the 4 slices did NOT even cover the bread. The cucumbers were the same story, 4 very thinly sliced pieces, the spinach was the same except there was 6 leaves on each. I asked for lots of olives and that appeared to be a hardship. At this point I gave up as there was no fixing her stingy ways. The total for these two “sandwiches”, {term loosely used} was $19.30, a total waste of money. We ate the sandwiches and were still hungry afterwards. Not happy. Avoid this location please, other subways have always been good. If I could give a zero rating I would.
