It’s 7.19pm and the subway just served someone 1 min ago and now won’t serve us because they said they are closed. They said they don’t close until 7.30pm but are too slow so they are closing now and won’t serve us a sub. We made plans to get the kids subway before the flight counting on being open until 7.30pm. Don’t count on them being open or serving you. Sitting here and it’s now 7.25pm and 5 customers have come to try to get served before regular closing hours and all very upset. I hope management of Subway and the airport see this and doesn’t let their staff close early when they are the only fast food left in the airport.

Anytime I have to wait in line and zero table service does not justify a tip. No way Subway not today.
I almost always have a quick bite here before flying out of Kelowna.
The woman working behind the counter was very friendly.
I am disappointed that you have to press 3 separate buttons now to choose the 'no tip' option.
I paid $14.14 for a foot long veggie delivery and a soda.
It is too expensive even by airport prices, and making it inconvenient to try and find the no tip option is absurd.
The workers working on dec 7th around 5 pm were amazing,
Especially this young lady which i believe was called Manu, she is professional, helpfull, and all that a person working in her position should be,

So this young man working alone at subway is doing amazing job. Super busy and he’s hanging all the customers very well. This guy deserves a big raise! Don’t lose this employee he is one of a kind!
Wrap toaster was broken as usual, the 3 sauces i asked for were all out of stock.

I’m sitting in front of your subway restaurant at the airport and they have one gentleman working ? There are 6 people in line and he’s asked for help several times? I’ve seen 2 other females peek out and one took her phone came out the side door and kept walking?
He’s working and providing great service still while nobody is willing to help him?
This is awful to see? As I know they ask for tips??

Slow, poor quality subway. Workers have poor communication skills. On top of that, my sandwich gave me stomach issues.

Nurmours things on their menu they don't have. They advertise coffee but they don't sell it. They need to update their menue board.

There were an excessive amount of flies flying around the food, and the attitude of the staff was very poor. On top of that, the person making my sandwich really didn’t care. He slopped the toppings on without spreading them out evenly, and he put the condiments in a line down the seam of the two halves of bread, meaning that about 1/3 bites would have actually had the condiments. When I asked if he could please put some sauce on the other side of the bread, he appeared annoyed.
I think the owners need to step up. Please keep your establishment clean and train your staff to take more pride in their work.

By far the worst subway ever. The 2 workers that were there August 20th around 2pm should not have jobs. The slowest people around. Waited in line for over 30 mins for a 6 inch sub. The line wasn't even that bad. The 2 people were moving slower than snails , checking their phones, talking to each other , taking water breaks, etc. Not even trying to hide it. Just absolutely useless. Then the sub was just mashed together horribly as well. I'd highly recommend finding workers who want to be there.
