Sitting at the airport and it’s after 4.30 am. Supposed to open at 4.30 and there is no one here.

I ordered from Subway. It was my first time ordering a rice bowl. I only wanted brown rice without any vegetables. I asked if I could get just the rice, even if I had to pay the same price as the regular rice bowl. But the Indian staff started talking to each other in their own language and laughing at me.
Then when I asked if they could just separate the vegetables because I didn’t want them mixed with the rice, they laughed again and spoke in their language. The last part was when I asked how many vegetables I could choose since it was my first time ordering. They said I could choose as many as I wanted, but they talked in their language again and laughed.
Because of their behavior, I no longer feel like eating at Subway. What they did was offensive, especially to a first-time customer. I really hope they can do something about staff like that. There were three Indian staff members talking in their language during and after I ordered; one of them was pregnant. Hopefully, this issue will be addressed.

I was given a $15 coupon from my airline to use in the Kelowna airport. I went to purchase a foot long combo ($17.28) and was told that I could not use the voucher. The worker made me use the voucher on the sandwich alone ($13.50) and purchasing the drink and side would have been $5.30 on my own dime. Does a drink not count as part of a meal at this location? I don’t understand why the coupon wasn’t applied to the whole meal and they could not explain it to me.

My flatbread been more on the dry side then usually and the girl serving me was low motivated to serve and did speak very quite so it was hard to understand her, every-time I asked her what she was saying she repeated but again very slow and give a … attitude,
I m often at this airport, but it’s not the same how it use to be at this subway location, will avoid it in future

Terrible customer service and sandwich making . Absolutely butchered my sandwich I watched half of it fall on the counter . Don’t come here the workers aren’t competent
I fly out of Kelowna Airport every month. I always take an early flight and this location is never open at their scheduled opening time. Staff seem frustrated when you show up on time.

It’s 7.19pm and the subway just served someone 1 min ago and now won’t serve us because they said they are closed. They said they don’t close until 7.30pm but are too slow so they are closing now and won’t serve us a sub. We made plans to get the kids subway before the flight counting on being open until 7.30pm. Don’t count on them being open or serving you. Sitting here and it’s now 7.25pm and 5 customers have come to try to get served before regular closing hours and all very upset. I hope management of Subway and the airport see this and doesn’t let their staff close early when they are the only fast food left in the airport.

Anytime I have to wait in line and zero table service does not justify a tip. No way Subway not today.

I am disappointed that you have to press 3 separate buttons now to choose the 'no tip' option.
I paid $14.14 for a foot long veggie delivery and a soda.
It is too expensive even by airport prices, and making it inconvenient to try and find the no tip option is absurd.
The workers working on dec 7th around 5 pm were amazing,
