So I went there 2 hours before they closed. No one was there. They were cleaning so I guess that’s a good thing. Took 5 minutes of the 2 of them fighting to serve me. After one of them decided I wasn’t to big of an inconvenience to serve. She helped me. I ordered 2 subs. After starting both she told me she didn’t have the stuff to make the second sub. I said I will only take the one. She was then mad I didn’t switch to another one. At any point before she second one was started she could have told me. She then made the one sub I ordered wrong after I told her 3 times what to put on it. Then when I paid and didn’t tip she glared and sighed at me like the tip (which in my world is for good service not bad service) is her right. If this is your only choice for food you should just go home and dig in the very bottom of your pantry for the food that has been there for over 10 years and eat that!

Sat down to eat our sandwich at 8pm and staff were mopping very close and around our table. Too close for comfort. Made us feel unwelcome (2 hours before closing). After finishing our sandwiches, staff glared at us as we left. Confused as to why we were treated like an annoyance to them, although that seems to be a common theme here lately.

Yesterday I visited the store around 03:15 and ordered footlong. The employee name Ankush provided me great experience.he was so bright and friendly.i was completely impressed with his service and professionalism. This is my favourite location in kelowna . The veggies were fresh . Service was amazing . Can’t complain.
I went into Subway to get a salad and Jazz had to change the lettuce, she opened the container and the lettuce was visibly brown. I asked Jazz for new lettuce and she very rudly said she just changed it and refused to get new lettuce that was not brown. I refused to eat the lettuce and we both left. Absolutely disgusting, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Usually this is my favourite place. Unfortunately the evening staff has gone wayyyyyy downhill and I was appalled this evening by how rude the young girl was who was helping a young boy infront of me. Not only did she sigh n rill her eyes at him multiple times, she proceeded to send him away to get his mothers help. I was so so disheartened and it absolutely made my experience terrible. Even the sandwich tasted awful after watching that interaction. The manager jazz is absolutely lovely and I’m hoping by following up with her this won’t happen again. Just so so so so sad!!
