Food was gross. Lettuce was brown and wilted same with the spinach and tomatoes.
Staff was extremely rude and probably hated their job. Tried to get a 12 inch sub and split with different veggies on each side and they tried charging me for two sandwiches. Absolutely hate this location and staff. Worst subway I have been too.

I stopped into this Subway for a quick sandwich. I used to come to this location years ago and it was always friendly, so I was surprised by how different the experience felt this time. I wasn’t greeted at all when I walked in—no hello, no acknowledgment. The staff member making my sandwich looked grumpy and disengaged, barely saying a word.

More customers walked in after me, and only when an older gentleman stared at her did she finally offer a greeting. The sub itself was actually good, so no complaints about the food.

I’m not expecting over-the-top service, but a simple “hello” and a friendly attitude go a long way. It just felt like she didn’t want to be there, and it made the whole experience uncomfortable. I hope the customer service at this location improves, because it used to be a great spot.

Absolutely avoid.

Service here is nonexistent (bought 2 combos and they were just pushed at me and not even offered a bag which I would’ve gladly paid for instead of carrying it all in my arms) got home and found a hair in a sub, also they only had 1 type of bread available (and it’s not like it was rush hour)

Insane, won’t be back.

If you open at 7 am you should be able to serve customers at 7 am. Got there and was told it would be another 20 minutes to set up everything. Maybe get there at 6:40 to open your store. Went to another location and it was all ready to go.

I would give them 0 stars if there was an option!! Absolutely worst service ever. Got a footlong veggie and the sandwich artist Harleen did not add ingredients as per the formula, she added 4 tomatoes and when i asked her to atleast follow the formula, add 2 more she said she will have to charge me extra. I questioned as subway does not charge extra and that i’m only asking her to add what it comes with since i’m paying full price. She then charge me $2 extra for extra cheese and when i argued, she said it is the owners not her. I asked her to show me where on the menu it shows extra charge for veggies she did not say anything and kept repeating the same. Not worth a visit. This is my 1st visit after 3 or so months and subway highly disappointed me. Atleast serve you customers what they are paying for!!!! And Harleen if you dont like working there find another job.

Absolutely nothing “fresh” about this subway, very soggy and old selection of vegetables. Definitely the worst subway I’ve ever been too, employees do not care, mumbling and speaking in a different language the whole time.

Is it on purpose they all wear their Canada Flag Pins upside down? And that they don’t wear name tags?

Hair in my sub. They gave me my money back for the portion I ate before discovering the long hair. I’ve worked in the service long enough to know that you give the customer a full refund and apology. Won’t be coming back.

It was a very unpleasant experience going to this location. My gift card was unable to be redeemed because the staff member was unsure about how to use the point of sales system and gave me attitude when I asked them to input the card number. Would not recommend.
