I have been to a few subways here in Kelowna and West Kelowna....was already to give up on hope BUT FINALLY A GOOD SUBWAY, a subway where the cookies are actually fresh tasting!! My double meat was actually properly portioned, and everything tasted fresh. Thank you to the 6:45 pm sweet female staff member on shift. Great service.

I ordered a spicy Italian (10 salami, 10 pepperoni) - worker gave me 5 of each meat. I requested he put the proper amount, and was later charged for “extra meat”

Ordered online. 20 minutes later the order was cancelled with no reason. Apparently making one sandwich is too hard for this store. Useless!

Walk in. Only one person in line. Two workers. They take 10 min, then one of them starts asking me slowly what i want. I tell them. They still don't start making my sub. They start another one, for someone else who is not even there. After I order, my sub is still not being made. I am watching a second sub being made now for someone who is not here. I am the only person in the sub store now for 10 min. Two workers still busy making subs for people who are not here. I am starving. I am NEVER returning to this sub shop. I leave without my lunch.

I was denied service today April 20th as i arrived 10:53PM even though the store closes at 11PM. The 2 people working there were on call and asked if i can come tomorrow.
Ordered online...hot and ready when I got there (toasted) order was perfect!
