Served me very dry flat bread that was toasted, the bread is now hard like cardboard. A very hostile environment. Barely have any of the ingredients were put into the subway I kept having to ask for more and they would grab a tiny spec more. Smallest most over priced subway I have ever received with disgusting dried out bread. A huge lack of customer service skills.

When we come into Kelowna from the westside and want subway this is the subway we always come to .The staff is so friendly and the bread is always so fresh and they make the sandwiches fantastic! I recommend this location on pandosy to everyone!

The girls at the counter were super nice, but why my meatball look like the inside of earths crust? I bit into it and it was hard and crystallized😭, the rest of the sandwich was dank tho. I feel like it’s my own fault, the meatball sub is the most down bad option, you live and you learn.
