Served me very dry flat bread that was toasted, the bread is now hard like cardboard. A very hostile environment. Barely have any of the ingredients were put into the subway I kept having to ask for more and they would grab a tiny spec more. Smallest most over priced subway I have ever received with disgusting dried out bread. A huge lack of customer service skills.

The girls at the counter were super nice, but why my meatball look like the inside of earths crust? I bit into it and it was hard and crystallized😭, the rest of the sandwich was dank tho. I feel like it’s my own fault, the meatball sub is the most down bad option, you live and you learn.

The person who made my sandwich was so bright and friendly. There was an intoxicated individual in there, and the manager dealt with the situation with such empathy and helped them out by providing extra food packaging and napkins and asked if they needed assistance getting to their feet. You see a lot of people struggling down town, but not many who are kind and caring like this manager was. The staff here are the best kind of people!
