We went there at 9pm today and the girl working there didn’t grill my footlong and give me foot long without grilling it..and waste my money…she refused to grill it upon asking and said the grill is turned off..though the store closes at 10pm

This subway was the closest one to me that was open, as the one closest closes early on Mondays.
I saw the reviews and didn't let it bias my decision of going here and I'm glad it didn't! The staff member working was very kind and quick to make my order. I assume a lot of the time people order for pickup as opposed to ordering in so maybe this is a different type of experience, but I had no issues at all. She was very kind, worked fast & tentative to my order.
Terrible customer service by the staff worked this night. She was asking the full and full details about the voucher card, ie from where I got this , who signed the voucher. Even though every details are clearly written on the voucher. It was an embarrassing moment for me infront of other customers. Really don’t recommend this outlet.
