Zen Sushi and Korean Cuisine

Best sushi in kelowna. All fresh and the most varied selection I’ve seen. Service is great too. Always recommending to friends. Haven’t tried the chicken yet but will next time I’m there.

It was a disappointing experience. I was hoping to order a standard chicken teriyaki bento box, but it wasn’t available on the menu. I went with the Chicken Udon instead, but unfortunately it was very bland and tasteless. My friend ordered a combination dish with chicken and a California roll, and she did enjoy her meal. The atmosphere was also off-putting — the music they were playing was dreadful and definitely not relaxing for dinner. Overall, with several sushi restaurants in Kelowna this one I would not return to.

We went for dinner and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. My wife was served her meal first, but my food came out much later and without utensils. Even after the waiter said he’d bring some, he forgot, leaving me unable to eat. My wife even tried waving him down, but he ignored her. When he finally came back to check on us, I pointed out that I couldn’t eat, and later, when he brought the check, he gave me a snappy remark saying “thank you for the attitude.” That kind of service is unacceptable and left a bad impression. I do not recommend.

The server charged us gratuity for 3 people without letting us know, when he told us gratuity is for 6+ people. We let it go the first day and we came back the second day because the food was not bad but he did the same thing the next day, when only 5 of us came. Again, he added gratuity without notice and without the breakdown receipt

A new place for us - what a happy find. Food was really good, and the server Anthony was great personable, efficient - not over bearing. Not expensive, large servings, great taste. On our fav list for casual dining.

The best sushi in the entire world they also have Korean cuisine and Korean fried chicken the chicken is delicious so crispy and flavoured. The Korean cuisine is so delicious taste just like the food I ate in Korea it. The customer service is amazing so friendly and very helpful. Very welcoming, talked to the owners and they were so lovely!! Definitely will come again!!!

Absolutely loved our dinner at Zen Sushi! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented — every bite was a hit. Special shoutout to our server Anthony, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our experience at Zen Sushi Kelowna! The food was incredibly fresh, beautifully plated, and full of flavor—definitely some of the best sushi we’ve had in the area. What really stood out, though, was the service. Our server, Anthony, was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. He made great recommendations and made us feel truly welcome throughout our meal. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
