Went to t-one a few times now for lunch and its always been good. The ramen is delicious! Vanessa has been my server each time and she is friendly and fast. Really good service.

The ramen here is outstanding—easily one of the best in British Columbia! You can tell that the people cooking and running this place genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their food. Every bowl is delicious! The clean, neat environment adds to the overall experience. Highly recommended!

One of my routine go to places for lunch in the lower mission area. Excellent. Fresh. Clean. The staff is always super friendly and accommodate my requirements for celiac options with ease. Gluten free Ramen, rice bowls and even sushi are a bit tricky to come across in Kelowna. I am very grateful they have the knowledge and facility to accommodate - even down to the gluten free soy sauce. Rebecca is usually my server during the day and easily one of my favourite servers in the entire city. She is the sweetest and can usually guess what I’m going to order even before I have made the decision myself. ? Highly recommend!

Definitely NOT gluten free. Those leaving reviews saying it is are totally following the fad. I'm celiac and if you ask further questions, they share the fryer, they share the boiled water for both gluten and gf items. The sushi rice, although they never labelled as GF, is most likely made of a vinegar that has some form of wheat to flavor it.

The server was knowledgable when asked these questions, which I'm grateful for, but the only thing I recommend the restaurant is to further educate themselves on the GF designation. They did have GF soy sauce which I was also grateful for.

Dietary restrictions: Not GF, they have GF soy sauce but all their equipment is shared.
