Came in at 5:38. They close at 6 and told me they were closed, girl I get it if it’s 5 minutes before but not when it’s 20+ minutes before. The service is terrible they just smirked didn’t even offer anything else. I work till 5 and made it to the closest Taco Bell come to find out it closes 22 minutes early now???

This location should be shut down. Stale food, workers don’t know how to make anything correctly. If it wasn’t the only Taco Bell in town I’d never, ever eat here.

My family ordered KFC popcorn chicken meals and a 2 taco meal. The only saving part of these meals that it was quick. Everything was cold. There was barely any fries in the small fries bag. The 2 tacos were stale and as you can see in the picture, there may have been a small spoon full of meat on there. I will be choosing somewhere else next time I'm at the food court.

The 🍟 tasted like cardboard, the steak wrap was not very good. They tried to overcharge me but I caught it. Don't listen to the fake reviews by the owners Friends and family

Man working at the window was extremely creepy. Would not stop staring at my friends and I (2 females one male) would not give the male a to go bag, gave him a very rude and weird look. I had to go ask a second time. This employee kept making creepy eye contact with both of us females the entire time we were trying to eat and it was so uncomfortable that we actually had to get up and leave. Extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. The food was not good either, as expected, Hershey squirts in the bathroom after.

The crew are very fast and friendly! I ordered beef doritos lacos and it didn’t disappoint. The crunch is perfect!

Kelowna needs a stand alone tacobell; how does Vernon have one with online ordering, drive through, and is open past sunset while Kelowna's isn't even reliably making food through open hours?
