Man working at the window was extremely creepy. Would not stop staring at my friends and I (2 females one male) would not give the male a to go bag, gave him a very rude and weird look. I had to go ask a second time. This employee kept making creepy eye contact with both of us females the entire time we were trying to eat and it was so uncomfortable that we actually had to get up and leave. Extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. The food was not good either, as expected, Hershey squirts in the bathroom after.

The crew are very fast and friendly! I ordered beef doritos lacos and it didnât disappoint. The crunch is perfect!

Kelowna needs a stand alone tacobell; how does Vernon have one with online ordering, drive through, and is open past sunset while Kelowna's isn't even reliably making food through open hours?

Bought a burrito it came cold and gave it back to them and got the same burrito which is still cold. Place just sucks.

Of all the Taco Bell locations Iâve been to, this has to be the most disappointing. First off itâs in a mall food court, which often closes at 6pm. This should be fine, but on multiple occasions I was told they were âclosing earlyâ or âout of foodâ around 5:15 to 5:30.
Secondly the quality of food verses cost isnât worth it. Iâve found myself only going here when I get coupons in the mail.
Kelowna needs a second Taco Bell with a drive thru and more reasonable hours.
