The girls were awesome new years day taking care of all us hung over guys with excellent food ! . They even called me back to the desk to make sure I got back a 3.00 $ overcharge ( alot of customers and mistakes happen ) but I dumped it into the tip jar . My food was given to me and iv never had such AWESOME Taco Time .
They are always friendly and on-top of everyone's order .
Happy I only live a block from here. One of my favorite places to eat .

First time at TacoTime, and I went on the $2 taco day. I expected the usualātortilla, ground beef, and cheese. While itās not exactly a traditional Mexican taco, I was pleasantly surprised. You can choose a crunchy shell (more of a Cali-style taco) or a soft flour tortilla option thatās basically a mini burrito. Either way, the flavor of the beef and the sauces was incredibleāseriously, it wonāt disappoint. For $2, the portion is generous. Three or four tacos are enough for an adult, so itās a great deal and I definitely recommend it. I still need to try the rest of the menu before giving a full opinion, but based on this first visit, Iād recommend this place 100% without hesitation. Also, the staff was very friendly and ready to help, suggest options, and make you feel welcome. Thereās plenty of space to go with family, friends, or even solo for a quick craving. Sadly, no photosāeverything was so good I finished it before I even thought about taking one!

This place is hit or miss. You'll pay between $18 to $24 per person and sometimes you get great quick service and other times service is super slow and food is old as though it was holding for a long time. The atmosphere is good, nice little place to dine in and they have some alcoholic beverages as well. Stick to busy times when they have more staff and have to make food fresh.

Sideways glance you while they reach way back and give you the old cold mexi fries š¤¦āāļøš The rest is still tasty though. I do go back every 6 months to see if it's changed.

We visited TacoTime in Kelowna around 9:15 PM and unfortunately had a pretty disappointing experience. While the place itself was nice enough, we found the staff were very stingy with toppings just basic things like cheese and salsa and when we asked for a little extra, we got charged quite a bit extra. In fact, we ended up paying $16 more just for those small toppings and our meal was only $20 before the extras. On top of that, the staff member we dealt with was quite rude about it, which really made the whole experience uncomfortable.
I think itās important for others to know that they might encounter these extra charges and the kind of service we experienced. Hopefully, they can improve how they handle customer requests and be more upfront about their pricing but as of now Iād advise to absolutely skip this place and go somewhere friendly.
āTaco Time never disappoints! I stopped by for a quick lunch and ended up savoring every bite of my crisp veggy burrito. The staff (Agam, simran and ishwan) were super friendly, and the service was lightning fast. Plus, the Mexi-Fries? Addictive. Iāll definitely be back!ā

Great lunch with the grandkids. The tacos and kids burrito were delicious. The mexi fries ( tater tots) are yummy. The washroom needs a little freshening up, but it was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
