We visited TacoTime in Kelowna around 9:15 PM and unfortunately had a pretty disappointing experience. While the place itself was nice enough, we found the staff were very stingy with toppings just basic things like cheese and salsa and when we asked for a little extra, we got charged quite a bit extra. In fact, we ended up paying $16 more just for those small toppings and our meal was only $20 before the extras. On top of that, the staff member we dealt with was quite rude about it, which really made the whole experience uncomfortable.
I think it’s important for others to know that they might encounter these extra charges and the kind of service we experienced. Hopefully, they can improve how they handle customer requests and be more upfront about their pricing but as of now I’d advise to absolutely skip this place and go somewhere friendly.

Great lunch with the grandkids. The tacos and kids burrito were delicious. The mexi fries ( tater tots) are yummy. The washroom needs a little freshening up, but it was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

This is really good for fast food. The tacos were full of flavour, the lettuce and tomatoes were delicious. The service was speedy.
Spectacular food. Both delicious and nutritious. Great on a budget. Will be going to this beautiful precious taco boutique again. May the Hindu Goddesses, and the Gods watching over the cashiers and cooks, bless them eternally.

I grabbed take out I got The soft taco not only was it small but the meat was so wet when I opened package the bottom fell out and went everywhere so I got only one bite totally disappointed at least the mexi- fries were good but it really was just a waste of money...it's funny I left this review days ago and no response but if it was actually a good review taco time response is with in hours Wow bad management you would think they would appreciate reviews good or bad so they can make improvements if they need to be made right
