Nice view of the vineyard and the lake! We like the quiet ambience. Your choice to seat in the patio or the a/c room.
Kim hosted us for a wonderful wine tasting. She was engaging and very knowledgeable and the both the winery and tasting were superb. We had the best time! Thank you Kim!
Situated high above Lake Okanagon, the winery has stunning views of the vineyards, the lake and surrounding hill. The tasting area has wonderful views, as does the balcony. We had a reserve tasting, guided by Tatiana, was was wonderful. I made a great guess based on her name and accent that she was from Russia, and indeed her birthplace was in Siberia. She was delightful, and her accent was reminiscent of Tatiana Maslamy's Russian orphan in Orphan Black. I digress, we tasted two Rieslings - one a second press which was light and offset, and then the first press from the same harvest the old vines Riesling 2022which was wonderful - fresh, high acidity. We bought 2 bottles of the latter and one of the former. We also tasted a Pinot noir and a Cabernet franc (from grapes in South Okanagan) both of which were nice and easy drinking. Special kudos to the staff - we arrived late for our tasting, and they stayed open for a half hour beyond closing time to accommodate us and a few other late arrivals.
We were guided by a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable lady through an excellent wine tasting experience. The setting was beautiful, and the wines were of very high quality. She even let us try two additional wines that were not on the tasting list. Overall, it was an excellent experience. We purchased a case of wine. We will definitely come again.
Great winery. Staff all very friendly.
Knowledgeable staff and very comfortable seating options. Reisling and Pinot Noir were world class. Native Canadian art is on display and on the wine labels.
Was not impressed by the wines they carry specially Pinot Gris which felt very watered down. Their reds were better
I have to say, this might have been our best experience in Okanagan.
My wife and I visited the winery in June 2025.
We weren't familiar with the brand so everything was new.
We sat outside, facing the vineyards. On each table, they have a map showing which grapes grow in wich plot/area, it helps understanding a bit better the location.
Our sommelier was phenomenal, his knowledge was above all others we talked to. I even had a silky question about the cork and he knew the answer!
My greatest surprise was the riesling they served us as I'm usually not a big fan.
10/10 recommend!
Stopped by to do a tasting and had Lucy as my tasting host ! Awesome selection of wines and great atmosphere
Good wines, but the server was rude. Kim was our server for the tasting and she seemed very knowledgeable but seemed offended that not all the wines were to everyone’s taste and was curt and whispered about our group with a colleague while we were there. We also waited 20 minutes between wines, which was too long. The other person doing the tastings seemed friendlier though.

Went on a Wednesday afternoon, was moderately busy. The waiting area is in full sun and hot, installing some umbrellas would really make it a more pleasant environment. The wine tasting was very professional and organized, most of the wines were very enjoyable. A very nice place and good experience.
Great selection of wines, both ready to drink and suitable for aging. The knowledgeable staff explained the wines quite well.
Tantalus is a MUST visit vineyard when in the Kelowna area. Out of the 5 wineries we visited, this one was the best and had the most smooth wine. We all enjoyed ourselves on the beautiful patio and had a great server, Kim! Only thing missing is food options, even just a small charcuterie board would be great
Amazing tasting experience this weekend, seated overlooking the vineyard with east kelowna views. Loved the wines, especially the suite of pinots! Kim made the tasting experience for a group of us visiting from vancouver. Will be back!
Tantalus was our sole wine stop during our Okanagan visit, and it didn’t disappoint.
The tasting room and surrounding views are absolutely stunning. Our host was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the wines and the vineyard’s story.
We left with some great bottles and a memorable experience.
