The food was decent, but the restaurant failed to open on time as advertised at 5pm. Despite allowing online orders for pickup at 5pm, the employees didn't arrive until around 5:10pm. While they promptly started cooking my take-out order, it wasn't ready until 5:30pm. Businesses accepting online orders should ensure their kitchen is prepared to meet advertised opening times for customer convenience.

I ordered online to try for the first time. The food was fine though not to my taste but the pineapple cheesecake was mouldy. When I called the restaurant to talk to them about it the man on the phone denied even having an online order that day, it’s the only Thai express in Kelowna, I have receipts and the food came in Thai Express packaging.

This place is a must visit. Not only they have delicious food, oh how i miss Thailand cuisine, spicy and aromatic. After filling up your tummy you can have a treat of sweet ice-cream with lots of toppings and flavours too.Owner is super cool! Staffs are friendly!

Ok to start off with The food was mint ? absolutely looooved the food and the guys behind the counter were suuuuuupper friendly and we even had a few huckles n laughs the guys helped the misses pick out a great dish as she doesn't eat Thai much and she even enjoyed the food and said we'd be coming back....the best part to top it all off Is the fact of how close it is to my work see you guys soon on lunch breaks boys ps I'll bring friends ?

Best place late late night craving the atmosphere was vibrant and the combination of spicy food and ice cream at the same place is just mind blowing and smart polite and friendly staff, they were working on both sides were patient. Ordered pad thai with shrimp and the taste was so authentic and they just served it to my in 4 mins which was impressive. Recommend to everybody who loves to try different food cuisines.

We ordered pad thai after midnight. It came faster than any pizza I have ever ordered . And this was by far the best late night delivery food I have ever eaten. I can not say enough good things about the quality of food and service from Thai express. Definitely worth the price ?
