Food is always solid and consistent but the bathrooms are always disgusting. My wife uses the bathroom at the restaurant next door because they are so bad. They need a deep clean, not just a mopping with the same ratty mop and bucket that has years of disgustingness attached to.
Noise level was put that way because it was game 2 of the Stanley Cup playoffs so I just wanted to be truthful but it didn't bother us because we knew that it would be going in :) Our server and Sophia were both create. We enjoyed our food and drinks.
I honestly have to say this is probably the worst service I can recall in a very long time.
One of our servers was incredibly condescending and smarmy,and the other one never said a single word to us even after we said thank you everytime she brought service to the table. Being treated as an inconvenience was definitely not what I expected (especially from an establishment that I have frequented for years).
On the bright side the food was good. Definitely won't be returning.
Great sports bar for watching a big game. Food is as expected and the service was pretty good when they are slammed.
As always, the service was terrific and quick...the server made some great suggestions, knew the menu, and was able to answer all our questions...and the food was hot, quick, and tasty!

Never been before. My son and I went there for something different. Very friendly staff. Food was great and the atmosphere upbeat
All ages there. Lots of tvs to watch hockey or what have you.

Ate at the Kelowna one and the food and servers were awesome! Will be back.
Servers will ignore you as much as they can. Kept calling, making eye contact, and got up to use the bathroom and let them know we were ready to order, and they still didn't move.
Breanna was exceptional! We booked online during a fight night and the system glitched but she got us a table when they were fully booked. Professional, courteous and quite funny. Food is always good and we booked for tomorrow too to try the gold simulator!
