Food seems pricey for what ends up coming out, also sat atthe bar and waited 15 minutes with no drink, no water before one of the table servers came by to take my order. The bar tender (who was happy to check my ID and then immediately left) showed up about mid-meal and despite my efforts to wave him down didn't get his attention until I was done eating. Would have liked to have more than one beer but I wasn't gonna stick around. Kudos to the other server who also rang me out

Maybe they were short staffed ... but the lighter haired waitress took better care of us than our own brunette waitress. Service was so slow. Weekday lunch. So really not impressed. Food was not thrilling. Gone downhill.
Not really wheelchair friendly either which was disappointing. One table we could sit at but hard maneuvering to it.

This is our neighborhood Canadian Brewhouse (we live close by) and I come fairly often, as both my mom and my boyfriend enjoy the menu. My boyfriend is a celiac and this is one of few places in town that have a dedicated gluten-free deep fryer, so it's a great option for him, especially on wing night.
The staff have treated us particularly well on two occasions. A few years ago during the fires in West Kelowna, my parents were evacuated and came to stay with me for a few days. We visited this location for lunch when the three of us were in a complete daze. The staff were extremely kind and even gave us complimentary drinks in light of what was going on. We so appreciated the care and kindness during an extremely stressful time in our lives.
The other time was one wing Wednesday last in 2025 when I visited this location with my boyfriend. He had a long day at work, and had been looking forward to wings for a few days. We arrived around 7:30pm and he first confirmed with our server which wing flavor options were gluten free. She confirmed with the kitchen and came back with a list for him to select from. We ordered our drinks, ordered our wings, and waited for about 20 minutes. After that, our server came back to inform us that a mistake had been made, and that the dedicated gluten free fryer had been contaminated, meaning there was no way for my boyfriend to enjoy the wings he'd been so looking forward to. Needless to say, we were upset. By this point, it was nearly 8:00pm and we were tired, hungry and grumpy. The server offered to compensate our drinks, but we ultimately were still going to be leaving hungry. This is where the manager stepped in to turn things around. She came by and told us that she'd heard our story, apologized again for the mistake, and told us that she wanted to offer us further compensation so we could come back on another date to enjoy some wings. She ended up presenting us with a $25 gift card to use at another time, which we really appreciated.
We ended up coming back the following Wednesday, and the same manager was working. She made sure to come over and say hi, ensure that everything would be OK with the deep fryer that night, and came to check on us later to ensure we were enjoying everything. She managed to turned a ruined night into a positive experience, and we will be sure to come back and visit again!
For anyone who is celiac or requires gluten free accommodations, I highly recommend visiting this location! It's always good to check the day-of to ensure everything is OK, and always ask them to check the wing flavors (as some as NOT gluten free, even if the fryer is). We've had way more good experiences than negatives ones.
I will say that the location often has sports playing (as it is a sports bar) and it can be loud if it's a full house and there is a game is on. It may not be the best place to bring your grandma with hearing aids for a quiet lunch, but its a fun atmosphere otherwise. It's near the Okanagan College, so it's busier with more college students during the school year than during the summer. The location is huge, and they can accommodate groups and families easily. They have a nice patio in the summer as well.

We had a bit of a miscommunication with our reservation but the guy on the phone Leo (I think it was either that or Leon) absolutely clutched up and fixed the problem right away. Will be definitely be back! Amazing customer service by him.

Used to be one of my favorite places. Now it's running on name and previous reputation. Simple things like how a veggie side order Is $2.50 for 2 pieces of celery, and 2 slices of cucumber. When I asked the waitress about it she said it was to cover the cost of the ranch sauce. Ridiculous.
If you don't know where to cover your costs , don't manage a restaurant. It certainly isn't in the ranch sauce.
All the spam emai offers won't bring me back here. If not for the discount promos, there would be nothing (besides the cool silverware) that makes this place any special.

Booking was easy and received confirmation phone call as it was for a larger party. Lots of options for gluten free dining with a dedicated fryer. They were out of the fish and chips I wanted to order, but still lots to choose from. Big menu and easily accessible and readable allergy menu. Portions were big, restaurant was clean. Service was good, friendly.
My fiancé and I were in tonight and the service was horrible. Not sure if the server had too big of a section she couldn’t handle? I’m also a server and have been for over a decade, so maybe my expectations are a little high but my fiancé was also not happy. We sat at a table that hadn’t been wiped so I apologized to the server when she greeted us and I swear it wiped the smile off her face. She took our order for the virgin Caesar’s and they sat on the bar for over 10 minutes before she brought them over. When she came over to drop our drinks and go, I asked her kindly if she would mind wiping our table (with our table being sticky and wet, also wasnt anywhere else to sit infront of the big screen so my fiancé could watch football) she came over and wiped it quickly and not well then walked away? No offer to take our food order? No offer for another drink? We sat with empty drinks for awhile before another lady, who was running out all of our servers drinks, had came to offer us another. However this girl with beautiful pink hair was walking by smiling and I asked her if she would mind taking our order. She was AMAZING and she came back to set us up with side plates, I then asked her if she would be our server! She changed our whole experience around and I was so grateful. We were sure to show our appreciation for her !
