The Canadian Brewhouse & Grill (Kelowna)

I honestly have to say this is probably the worst service I can recall in a very long time.
One of our servers was incredibly condescending and smarmy,and the other one never said a single word to us even after we said thank you everytime she brought service to the table. Being treated as an inconvenience was definitely not what I expected (especially from an establishment that I have frequented for years).
On the bright side the food was good. Definitely won't be returning.

Great sports bar for watching a big game. Food is as expected and the service was pretty good when they are slammed.

Never been before. My son and I went there for something different. Very friendly staff. Food was great and the atmosphere upbeat
All ages there. Lots of tvs to watch hockey or what have you.

Breanna was exceptional! We booked online during a fight night and the system glitched but she got us a table when they were fully booked. Professional, courteous and quite funny. Food is always good and we booked for tomorrow too to try the gold simulator!

The fish that they serve is drenched in oil I couldn't even finish it, it was terrible

Definitely need to be careful consuming beer then eating the tuna rice poke bowl… All the air from my beer got trapped by the rice bowl - thought i was dying. Insane hiccups and like pain in the esophagus. When i got outside… things happened. Saddening because it was an expensive meal and was super tasty and even healthy… oh well… hyped on the golf simulators too :)

Huge menu with lots of options. Food was pretty good. Not amazing but good.

Ordered the Saturday ribeye steak special. It was okay, the cut was pretty thin, but that’s not so much the issue. Steak was ordered Medium Rare. Arrived Medium to Medium well. I debated sending it back but with the family having their food already k didn’t want to sit around and wait.

I imagine they would have made it right but it’s just as much an inconvenience for me so I just ate it. Again, it was not bad, but would have been better if cooked less.

Restaurant was very busy but we did get a seat right away. Prices were reasonable for the items we ordered. Certainly not cheap but not crazy expensive either.
