Was in kelowna for a couple of days, went by for a few beers, and food. Service was a little slow, but great food, and otherwise perfect. Nice to go to a different CBH, than my usual one back home. Doesn't surprise me at all, with Breanne running it, that it is great! Having met Breanne several times before while she was in PG, it only makes sense that the Kelowna location is run well.
The first time we went, no one served us, after 10 minutes, we walked out. We tried again for prime rib night, another wait, I actually set a timer this time, they were a little quicker. Acknowledging the person's there would be nice. In the end, food was good, waitress finally Acknowledged us.
Kayla was our server during the ufc fight. I work in the service industry so my expectations are quite high… she was absolutely amazing. Met all of our needs, checked in at the most perfect times, she was so so sweet and personable and gave some great drink suggestions. Definitely coming back and hoping for her to be our server again. Thanks Canadian brewhouse and Kayla for an awesome night! <3
