The girl who served us..(I am so sorry I did not get your name) was very helpful, friendly and bubbly. She made it an absolute pleasure shopping there. They were out of the one item I was really looking for so I will definitely be going back for that..and most likely more.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Horribly overpriced products you can find elsewhere at better prices, extremely rude Owner / Management who refuse to pay their employees overtime, aswell as disgusting food served at ridiculous prices. Nothing redeeming about this place at all. Do not shop here.

wow... i am learning i have some sensitivities to foods and have been on a health journey for awhile now having shed a bunch of weight . i bought the noodles made of palm hearts and the keto tai noodle .. both are amazing and did not upset my stomach at all .. the seed bread is fantastic.. definitely going back

Ive been seeing this company alot online being famous for their keto friendly products that they offer. So, I was definitely excited when I got the chance to finally go. Their are lots of items on the shelf that were new to me and I loved that because I'll be trying them soon. Nonetheless I actually went for lunch. After arriving at the store we realized their wasn't any designated parking for their store which we weren't really happy about but we did the paid parking and went it. As I mentioned earlier their were lots of goodies which I browsed after ordering. To be honest I did expect a little bit more from the cafe as I've been following them for months before I went. I ordered a bulletproof coffee and a cheese sandwich. The sandwich was made on 2 slices of their in house coconut bread and was served with a pickle. The sandwich was really really small for the cost I would have loved 2 and the cheese was only in half of the sandwich. To say the least I was disappointed but it definitely was yummy and I revelled in the fact that I was able to walk up to a store and purchase a fully keto meal with any substitutes.
Loyal customer of theirs - spent hundreds on products and flowers over the past few years.Went to get a product that I got before (a coffee creamer), they didn't have it, the woman recommended a replacement product. I brought it home and it honestly tasted like motor oil. I brought it back the next day, the woman refused to even see if it was gone bad or even offer me a credit or replacement item, even though I had been going there forever.To make it worse the owner was extremely rude. Great way to lose a loyal customer.Oh well, other stores in Kelowna have the same products at better prices anyways and don't ask for tips at the checkout either.
