Sorry it’s taken me so long to write a google review for this Holey Carbs… This please is amazing for all your keto, low carb, no sugar treats and supplies. Not since the keto store in Langley, that shut down, have I found another store like this… this one is not only better but the owner is so friendly and knowledgeable… she is a baker so bakes drool worthy treats without sugar that I can actually have. Found allulose and monk fruit sugar (not mixed with any other ingredient) that I could only previously order online. A three ingredient jerky… no carb pizza’s and breads… the list goes on. Ok, so are the prices a little high on some products? Yes, but that does not make me minus a star because I know the work the owner must go through to find some of these products, they are pricey to start with, plus little mark up. Oh, and they have delicious coffee if you need a coffee fix while shopping. Any questions you have about ingredients, just ask… there are options for all our dietary restrictions. My only real complaint is some of the negative reviews. The ones from years ago I’m wondering if maybe previous owners?!! Because I did NOT experience anything but warm kindness and she genuinely cares!!

Picked up a 6 pack of cupcakes 🧁 and a slice of carrot cheesecake for dessert with friends. Absolutely delicious and looked amazing. The owner and staff were very friendly and took the time to help us pick the perfect desserts. Will be back to try the many other different products.

I just found Holey Carbs and I am loving it!! They have a great selection of Keto products, some that are hard to find in other stores.
The girl who served us..(I am so sorry I did not get your name) was very helpful, friendly and bubbly. She made it an absolute pleasure shopping there. They were out of the one item I was really looking for so I will definitely be going back for that..and most likely more.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Horribly overpriced products you can find elsewhere at better prices, extremely rude Owner / Management who refuse to pay their employees overtime, aswell as disgusting food served at ridiculous prices. Nothing redeeming about this place at all. Do not shop here.

wow... i am learning i have some sensitivities to foods and have been on a health journey for awhile now having shed a bunch of weight . i bought the noodles made of palm hearts and the keto tai noodle .. both are amazing and did not upset my stomach at all .. the seed bread is fantastic.. definitely going back
