Stopped by on a whim today, was greeted by a friendly young lady Hanna. We didn’t know at first if we were going to stay for a tasting, but after she explained the choices. We were sold! What an amazing experience we had today at the Hatch! Hanna was fun engaging and knowledgeable . We will be back!

Just visited for the second time with my family. I’m originally from Alberta and have been to several wineries when visiting, but this one is truly special. Maranda was our server today, and she made our experience even better. I’ll be returning every time I’m in town. I love how unique you are compared to other wineries please never change!

Came in for a tasting at opening on a Saturday. The staff were very nice and deeply knowledgeable.
Most importantly, the wines are very interesting, with unusual takes on classic varieties: sparking Pinot Gris/Riesling, unoaked Chardonnay that retains the usual aromas while being much less heavy, lighter Syrahs.
