Stopped by on a whim today, was greeted by a friendly young lady Hanna. We didn’t know at first if we were going to stay for a tasting, but after she explained the choices. We were sold! What an amazing experience we had today at the Hatch! Hanna was fun engaging and knowledgeable .

Always love stopping by the Hatch. They own their quirkiness and incredible and unique flavours. Such a great, relaxing vibe around the shed. Emily was our host for our wine tasting, and she was incredible and so knowledgeable.

Smaller winery with lovely staff. Hanna gave us a great tasting filled with stories about the wine and her favorite food pairings. We told her to make a cook book! We look forward to exploring the other winerys in the brand.
