Very good experience. Hosts and servers were exceptional with their service. It was a Monday with a bit of a wait. Initially they seated us at a table that was a bit too small for our group. After a few mins of sitting we were informed a big group just left and they moved us to a bigger table with a great view. The food was delicious. We got the Jammery favourite with French toast. Someone else in our table ordered just the French toast meal and theirs had cinnamon while our didn't. Some minor inconsistency but overall it was a great meal

Bring a sweater!! The food was awesome but I had to take it to go. It was honestly ridiculously cold. My fingertips were so cold. I always run warm, I had shorts, close toe shoes and socks, and a sweater. It's been 45 mins and my toes are still cold. Apparently staff have no control as management/ownership locks in the temperature.

Went here for brunch and good was mediocre. Potatoes seemed like they were sitting for awhile and old. The fruit bowl I ordered had mold in it. All they offered was to remove it from the bill. Won’t recommend.

First time here for breakfast and the food was excellent. Only a 15 minute wait on a Saturday morning.they text you when table ready. I had the scrambled eggs with perfectly cooked crispy bacon and soft waffles. I had the chowder soup instead of potatoes. My husband loved his hearty omelette and home fries. The jam is amazing and you can buy a jar to take home. I bought the apple cinnamon one. Our server was a wonderful young girl. We'll definitely go back.

Everytime i have guests i always take them for brunch in this, relaxing and diner vibes restaurant. I love their eggs benny and of course i won't forget to stop by at their cute store with varities of jams, teas and decor stuff. Love it it summer!

I had breakfast at The Jammery City and ordered a full meal with eggs, toast, and potatoes. I couldn’t finish all of it, so I asked for a takeout box and packed the leftovers myself. I placed the container neatly on the table, paid the bill (even tipped 15%), and went to the restroom with my friend for just 3–5 minutes.
When we came back, our table had already been cleared — and my packed food had been thrown away. No one checked in with us or asked if we were done. When I asked about it, the server didn’t apologize, and the manager told me that “if something is left on the table and the customer is gone, we assume it’s trash unless told otherwise.”
Honestly, I was surprised by the lack of basic communication. The food was clearly packed and not trash. Instead of owning the mistake, they just handed me a small portion of potatoes, which didn’t make up for the loss or poor experience.
This felt careless and dismissive, especially after I paid and tipped. I won’t be coming back, and I hope the management reflects on how they handle situations like this in the future.

This was my second time there. The first time the service was good. The second time me and partner were admitted, we sat there for more than 10 mins and nobody came to say a word. Everyone that came after us was attended to except us. I drew the attention of one of the stewards/supervisors and they told me a server would be with us shortly. We still waited for a decent number of minutes, no server attended to us but everyone else that came was instantly attended. I then observed that every customer was white and we were of a different skin color. I am wondering if that might have lasted any role or n how we were treated. Anyway, we just left the place since it seemed like we weren’t welcome. This happened just today, March, 08.
