The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Kelowna

The food was ordinary. Three beef suppers, one mediocre, another your promoted Yorkshires was lacking and the only dish that was good was the burger. A poor showing overall!

Fantastic! No need to say more. We will be returning for the same blue cheese fillet again and again.

Brandon we are sorry but we came back after you gave us 50 gift certificate, our summer dinner was not a great experience. We came at 2 pm yesterday, had 2 prime rib sandwiches. the bun was already soaked and the waiter told us they dip the bun into the dip before it comes out, huh ? My twice baked potato was decent but cold in the middle. We dont want no recalls or gift certificates to welcome back in your restaurant. The last 2 times we have been its been a huge disapointment. Good Luck Brandon we will not slander your restaurant but you should pay close attention with some of the product you are putting out.

We are long term Keg people and are usually happy with our visit however we just didn't feel it this time. Our server was friendly enough however I found he wasn't about the follow through. I asked for the cheese spread for our bread, he said of course, it comes without. We didn't want to bother anyone as it seemed pretty insignificant in the scheme of things. Then when we ordered a bottle of wine he came back bd said that HE sold the last bottle and was having trouble finding us a similar option. I said well can you do something and get us the next bottle up? He looked at me , kind of shocked and said no that is not n option. Okay fine. Our meals came out, my son ( his birthday) ordered lobster. Last time we came on his birthday the lobster tails were so small. You guys definitely remedied that so all is good. This time the lobster was good but the hit butter arrived after the lobster. Normally it should come ahead to get it warmed up. For the price you pay for lobster that should be a given. After we all finished our meals the dishes sat on our table for way too long. The meals were fine but not to the usual Keg calibre. Eg, my potato w was gluey. Again, with the prices we are paying, that should never happen. We of course will be coming back. I will not be saying anything negative to friends about our visit but you guys asked so I wanted to be honest. Thank you.

Excellent food and service. Lots of choices on the menu. Our server #29 Kourush was very attentive and friendly. We had a great experience overall.

I got 5 green beans. My partner got 15. My steak was raw in middle and overcooked on outside. Was nothing like medium rare. Was given no steak knife and waited 10 minutes after getting my food to receive one.

Never disappointed with the service and food at The Keg Kelowna. Brandon Wilkinson and his team are friendly, professional, and efficient. It is always a pleasure to engage with them. ❤️❤️

Our server was lovely, the food was excellent and always consistent. My dad was celebrating his 82nd birthday and we all had a great time!

They were very acuminating, we weren't happy with the table they gave us at first and they had no problem moving us to a better table.

The food was great. Well prepared and presented. We ordered wine, an appetizer, entrees and we were going to order dessert. Our server was very nice. The warm bread was delicious. Our only issue seemed to the speed that everything came. We were only half done the appetizer when our entrees came. We were left with the feeling that you could not wait for us to be out of there. Even though we dined early our meal was over $200 and we felt a little disrespected. There is no need to bring food out that quickly

From the moment you walk in and seated all staff are trained very well to welcome you with their excellent service. Shout out to our server Frank he was awesome!!! The Food was exceptionally good, quick service and the extra touch they do on the Billy Miner Pie for special occasions is above any other restaurants that do this, that added touch is what makes The Keg stand out. I just wished they carried their Happy Hour into the Dining area other than that, we will return.

I had such an amazing experience at The Keg last night! From start to finish, everything was top notch. Our server was phenomenal! She was attentive, friendly, and made the whole night feel effortless. She was also training a gentleman who was equally wonderful, and together they made us feel so well taken care of. The food was outstanding! It was perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and the complimentary bread was such a nice touch. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect setting for a great evening. Our server even brought us to go boxes before we had to ask! Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Huge thank you to the team for making our night so special!

Overpriced! $9.00 for a sleeve of beer and the menu is not exactly forthcoming with information not impressed

Sam and the crew over there do an excellent job. Never once have we taken guests here from out of town where they didn't love the entire experience. Well done in every aspect!
