The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Kelowna

Food was absolutely phenomenal, and the whisky selection was a highlight as well. Ordered a new York striploin, cooked and seasoned to perfection with a lovely bearnaise sauce, and the twice baked potatoes were excellent accompaniment to it. Service was great as well, price was obviously higher end, but was quite worth it in many ways. Didn't appreciate the noise and ambience, almost came across more as a pub than the finesse of a steakhouse.

The Lobster was STONE COLD, like it was fresh out of the fridge. The steaks were rather small. The Prime Rib was ordered as Medium well... And was over cooked. Chewy. NO vegetables with Prime Rib? What a joke. The waitress was extremely pushy, right from the start. We will be removing the Keg Kelowna from our go to list. We will NEVER "go to" the Keg again. On a scale from one to ten.... negative 6.

Server treated us horrible never came back and asked us for refills. I was so thirsty. He was different treated us like we shouldn't be there.

Our food and wine was fantastic. Our server Sam was above and beyond. The best we've ever had at this location.

The keg is always good but the veggies this time were not great but everything else was and friendly service too

Our favorite steakhouse restaurant where will celebrate special events. As seniors with lesser appetites, we share a meal; they split it in the kitchen, and it is always delicious. We very much appreciate the complimentary mud pie dessert we get on our birthdays and anniversary. The only down was that it was quite noisy out in the patio, but in fairness the restaurant was full of energetic and lively young people. We highly recommend this restaurant.

The Keg in Kelowna has never disappointed us. The staff have been great, food always good and service is top notch.

Excellent place for steaks...there are other options for the non-meat eaters. Bit pricey...but good for a special occasion.

This Keg experience was not what we are used to. The wedge salad was wilted and brown, they overcooked our steaks, and the replacement steaks, the service was ok at first but once it got busier it quickly got worse. The manager that assisted when are steaks were dry and well done never came back to see if the replacement ones were ok, and it took them 25 minutes to get them out. We aren't the type to ever send food back, and the Keg has always been consistent and awesome. This one in Kelowna is neither.

Reservation was great. They called ahead to confirm. I was able to advise needed highchair. Table was ready and server frank was amazing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️. Staff was very accommodating to toddler walking around and greeting people. 👍👍

I love Keg Steakhouse as always staff are very organized and very friendly, the food are great and tasty. Highly recommended to family and friends.

Great service! Both had 6 oz sirloin with dungenous crab/ lobster sauce special- mine great, husband's with several bits of gristle. Birthday Billy Miner pie delish! Not as expensive as anticipated. Very busy for Tues night but well taken of.
