This Spaghetti factory is the one my grandfather loved when he was with us. Always a French onion soup and a big plate of Spaghetti and meat sauce. So good, service was fast, never went thirsty. Nice atmosphere, very classic feel, and nothing but good memories from me and my family.

On Capri street off hwy 97 in Kelowna this family restaurant hits all the marks. There is ample parking in behind the restaurant and a steady stream of happy customers coming and going, plus many take out customers. We were warmly greeted and seated.

Our waitress Janelle was exceptional and admirable in her skills as a waitress and in her cheerful demeanor. I noticed and marvelled at how she handled the large trays carefully balanced with drinks or dishes (photo included with the neighboring table's orders). Heartfelt thanks to Janelle!

Beyond that, the value is unsurpassed as the entree includes endless bread, green salad, icecream scoop and piping hot coffee. What more can anyone ask?

I ate the chicken penne and my friend had traditional spaghetti and meatballs. They were both so very delicious.
100% rating for this well-run establishment.

The service at this restaurant was top notch. Wow. The food was great, what you would expect. Perfect for my kiddos. To be honest I haven’t had customer service like this in a long time. Great job.
