Poor service, housekeeping far below what you simply may expect and breakfast is how will I say a tsunami of guests but capacity for less than 50% of that amount of people. Not worth carrying the name Hyatt.

I visited this restaurant yesterday and had an excellent experience. The server was attentive and considerate, offering me a drink while I waited and asking if I needed utensils when I picked up my food. This positive experience brought me back today, but unfortunately, I had a completely different and disappointing experience.

Tonight’s service was very rude. The server didn’t greet me or provide a menu while I waited. After attending to all the other customers, he finally asked for my order. If you are busy with other customers, you can say do you mind to wait. When he asked me the order, he didn’t write it down. When he started entering it into the computer, he had to ask for my order again, which felt pointless.

After paying, he didn’t thank me, and he didn’t inform me how long I would need to wait. When my food was ready, he handed it to me with the lids open, leaving me to close them myself. He didn’t offer any cutlery this time either. The entire experience was very frustrating and ruined my night.

I hope the restaurant manager can address this issue and ensure better customer service in the future.

It wasn’t that the food was inedible (it was mediocre), it’s that all of the ingredients are from Costco, and there is little creativity. The fries are just Costco fries, no spices or additions. The turkey sandwich is only Gouda, Lilydale turkey, a tomato slice, a bit of lettuce, and some onion. The bread is the standard multigrain bread they sell. The main problem is that it cost $16. these ingredients cost around $3, and this could be whipped up at home very easily in around 5 minutes. I added some balsamic glaze and it really turned it up a notch. I ordered on Uber eats so I didn’t have dine-in service, but the girl at the front was pleasant to interact with, as well as the hotel receptionist (this place is inside the Hyatt hotel). If you are at the hotel, hungry, and don’t really care about price, it’s pretty good, 3.5 stars. It’s also possible the other dishes are significantly better, but I think it is unlikely

Cozy and quiet - at least while we were there. I have the tomato bisque and my husband had a burger and salad. Very good quality and delicious. Service was top notch!

Such a great venue but the menu is atrocious and extremely limited... The service is passable, but one inexperienced server just isn't enough to cover the entire area. It's too bad that this beautiful room doesn't have more to offer on their menu as it is local and could be a hopping place.

Dietary restrictions: Really nothing to offer someone to eat on a low carb diet, most foods are deep fried and the French onion soup was old and had gone off.It would be a decent option if they offered a single charcuterie board for an individual or the ability to have a lettuce wrapped burger.

Parking: Easy and plenty of available parking

Dietary restrictions: I have a soy allergy and they accommodated my request to seap out the dressing on their delicious Veggie Bowl without issue. And a very delicious choice!!

I started off by ordering cranberry juice but the juice could be better(tasted cheap with a strong after taste like it’s from a powder mix). That’s a 6/10 .I ordered their most expensive lunch which was their double fry chicken . The presentation was very good but I didn’t appreciate the lightly fried garlic on the side . The Kimchi did not taste authentic .The chicken however you could taste it’s been out for long. Tasted like one you get from the frozen Korean chicken section it did not taste fresh. My appetiser was the only thing I enjoyed cut I feel like the restaurant was very cheap on spring rolls cutting them into half and turning 3 to 6 pieces. Of course the spring rolls were not freshly made they are from the frozen box.I would say don’t waste your linen if you got an oven you can throw your own frozen foods from the store. The staff was really friendly but yeah I enjoyed their serviceI would say a 5/10

Was a little disappointed that this place doesn't take OpenTable dining cheques that where redeemed from opentable.

major mombo played And they were amazing the service was OK the waitress didn't really know answers to our questions but very friendly. The staff were all friendly. The Muscles I was disappointed with they were very very tiny and overcooked the Korean chicken was delicious. overall I enjoyed it but it wouldn't be my favourite place to go to eat though. To listen to some music and maybe have their Shared plate of olives and cheese And a bottle of wine I think it would be great. go see yourself :)

Maybe the best charcuterie board in the okanagan.

Accommodating with decent breakfast and comfortable beds. Placed on the 6th floor as requested with a beautiful window view. Received the service I asked for so I’m quite content. Affordable price for members and an enjoyable stay.

The musical artist was fabulous but the quality of the food and wine for what was charged is exorbident. They would be wise to slightly lower their price point as there are higher level establishments in that range that better perform.
