Explaining to the server that it's annoying to have your order taken after a table who arrived after you to then have the manager come out and make it sound like there's no problem with the experience. Not great. Can't say ill be back.

I’ve ordered the beef and broccoli many times, and it’s usually good. But this time the beef was just awful — it was so overcooked and soft that it completely fell apart. It had a mushy, pasty texture that made it really unappetizing. I also asked for no chili flakes and my dish still came with them. I am really disappointed with this order. Not worth the $24+ tip.

The historic establishment and ambiance based on the reviews drew us to try this place however we didn't appreciate how everything adds up to our bill. Our bill came up to $100++ for 2 persons. I wish that this establishment would educate their patrons most especially if it's their first time in this place. We had burgers and the server asked us if we wanted fries, mixed greens salad or yams but did not say that there was an additional charge if we did not choose fries. I requested gluten-free buns but didn't say that there is going to be an extra charge. The server came back to our table and asked how everything so we said it was good as at that time we were starting our salad but did not return to our table when we started eating our burgers. We asked for a BBQ sauce to add more flavour to the burgers but guess what there is an additional cost for a small container portion that shocked us. We just didn't want to ruin our night as we our celebrating our anniversary but our server expected a higher tip. Am somehow disappointed and relieved that we tried this place. Unsure if I want to return.

A business with a backbone!! I also work downtown and am fed up with the awful “neighbours” us citizens are forced to put up with. Not only that, but i’ve been a customer of TSP since it opened and have always been met with wonderful friendly service and consistent accuracy! Which believe it or not, is actually hard to come by nowadays. They’re mindful of food allergies and as someone with celiac this is extremely important to me! Figured it was time to leave a 5star review for this awesome place that’s hosted many celebrations for me in my life! Thanks for all you guys do! Cheers

We are currently visiting from Calgary. The service was impeccable! Destiny didn’t serve us but she was so friendly and accommodating. Cory was our bartender! What an incredible one at that! Kitchen out did themselves with our order! We will be back!
