It's a shame so many of the tables are taken up with laptops that serve one person, where there could be two or more people sitting.

I really enjoyed their stawberry hot chocolate that they have as part of the hot chocolate festival this year. It was really good with a nice balance between the strawberry and hot chocolate flavor. The cafe is also very cozy with a warm atmosphere.

atmosphere is great, a though very busy. I ordered the chocolate Kelownut which was very good, but my latte was pretty disappointing. No effort for presentation and didn’t taste good either. My friend ordered a Mocha and also said hers was not good. Despite the bad drinks, the employees were very nice!

Bought a tea and a chocolate crossiant. Including tip I paid approximately $9.50. After 10mins I asked for more hot water they wanted to charge me for $0.50. I really thought this was unreasonable.

Love this cafe for quick meetings and to come work solo as well - they have really good food options and love their beverages!

Excellent space with lots of varied seating, good coffee and pretty good pastry. The parking is great, too. It is a bit noisy & echo-y when busy, but tolerable. Would definitely go back.

I really like the layout and style of this cafe and the serve fresh roasted, quality beans. This is the only reason I patronize this cafe. Beyond these highlights, I find the service to be lacking each time I visit. The barista skills are bare minimum. Count yourself lucky if your $8 latte is hot.

Great place to stop for a coffee with friendly staff. The Kelownut with chocolate drizzle on top was so yummy!

Really disappointed to be writing this review. I’ve been going to Third Space for a year and I loved it but I don’t think I will be returning. On Sunday I went as part of a group of 3. Waited a moment for the group in front of me to finish ordering/paying. When they walked away the cashier did not say anything to me or my group, just stared blankly at us. Very unwelcoming. We weren’t asked if we wanted our food and drink to stay. That doesn’t bother us too much but it would have been nice to have my breakfast sandwich on a plate instead of out of a paper bag. After ordering, we grabbed a table and waited… and waited… and waited… When our food finally did get served on the counter, the employee who served it didn’t announce what it was or say anything really. If I wasn’t keeping a close eye on the counter I wouldn’t have realized the food was being served. We had to ask repeatedly what each item was to make sure we didn’t take anything that wasn’t ours. My sister’s sausage roll was not heated up and when she went back to ask them to warm it up, the response was “I’m pretty sure it’s warmed up.” At least we enjoyed our coffees and the two sandwiches we ordered were good.As we sat at our table we could see people coming in and waiting ridiculously long for their food and drink. A couple stood and waited for about 30 minutes for a drink. They had finished their treats long before their drink was served. The food and drinks kept being tossed on the serving bar with no announcement so people were getting confused about what was being served. Someone took the wrong sandwich and the person who actually ordered it was told it was the last one so he would have to order something else. When the employee finished heating that sandwich, once again she did not call what it is so the customer approached the bar and had to look through all the bags of food to find his. Meanwhile other customers are just sitting at their tables unaware their food is ready because no one is saying anything. A large group came in and waited for a while and I guess one person in that group was a staff member because after a while she walked around to the espresso machine and started making the drinks for her group since they weren’t getting served. The cafe became very crowded and stressful because of the ridiculously slow, unbothered, unfriendly service. I understand service feeling a little slow when a cafe is busy, but this was not the case. Only one drink was being served every 5 minutes or so.Finally, once the rush had cleared and customers were gone, I could hear the staff loudly gossiping about hookups and dating apps from across the cafe. I’m all for friendly convo with coworkers but I don’t want to hear it when I don’t know you. This was happening while dirty dishes were piled in the drop off bin and there were no napkins at the condiments station.I used to love this cafe but something has changed and it’s no longer the friendly upbeat place it used to be. I might be willing to give it another try but I think I’ll be frequenting other coffee shops instead.
