This definitely wasn’t the best Indian food I’ve ever had but it’ll do in a pinch. The “chicken” in the vegan butter chicken is the consistency of a flour dumpling (think a firm gnocchi). Definitely not my favourite. The plain naan can be vegan if you specify

Their butter chicken is very good, I'm quite picky with food but this was amazing! No utensils tho when I got take out from in-store..

It's pretty good! I would come all the way from Penticton if they gave you more rice and sauce, or at least included the naan. I was still a little hungry even after the 3 + rice.

We have been eating at this restaurant since it opened. Food had always been great except for this time. Chefs curry chicken wasn’t very good unfortunately and the food wasn’t warm enough. As soon the owner came to check on us, we let her know and she was very kind and generously offered other kinds of curries. She got us two other types of chicken and I really liked one of them. To make our experience even better, she gave us complimentary gulab jamuns which was amazing. Overall, we will definitely be coming back to eat here again. Such a great service and the owners are very kind and professional 😊

I was very disappointed with my experience at Indian Tiffin. When we arrived, no one greeted us or made us feel welcome. The staff seemed disinterested and service was very slow. The food also did not meet expectations .Overall, not a good experience and I don’t think I’ll be coming back.They just treated us like a strangers. Also, the lady at front desk was rude.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. It was extremely hot outside, and not once did the staff offer water — I had to ask, and even then, they told me to go get it myself. The service was unprofessional and unfriendly. No one smiled or made an effort to make us feel welcome. Honestly, it felt like they didn’t care whether customers were there or not. Definitely not coming back. If you care about good service, I’d recommend going somewhere else.

My son introduced me to this establishment. You choose your plate size and then your options from a buffet style restaurant. The host adds the dishes to your plate. They offer a great choice of dishes and flavours. Spice levels vary. The helpings are very reasonable. All their options that we tried were fresh and tasty. The servers behind the counter were patient and friendly. Soft drinks and beer were available.

Tiffin India’s Fresh Kitchen in Kelowna is hands down one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in the city. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made us feel like family. The owner and her mom were such gracious hosts—going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.

The food? It's absolutely incredible. We loved the wide variety on the menu, with each dish tasting fresh, vibrant, and authentic. The mango lassi deserves a special mention—truly one of the best we've ever had. And the whole kulcha? A must-try. Soft, flavorful, and served with so much care. Every bite was a celebration of Indian cuisine done right.

The restaurant itself is beautifully done—clean, stylish, and full of bespoke Indian touches that add to the overall experience. Plus, the location couldn’t be better—easy to find and in a great part of town.

It’s clear this is a family-owned and operated establishment, and that pride shows in every detail. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and are excited to check out their other locations in Edmonton, too!

Highly recommend this spot if you're in Kelowna and craving quality Indian food with heart.
