While ordering, the person taking my order stopped taking my order twice to talk to her co workers and ignored me. Then they called my name for my order and I went up and asked if both bags were mine or if just one was, the person there looked at me, ignored me and turned away. There's also been egg shell in the farmers wrap the last two times ive gotten it and couldnt eat it once I ate some shell. Time to find somewhere else to go.

The day food comes out faster than the coffees do.. You're doing it wrong. And why ask for peoples name when you don't use them? Just causes mass confusion. Everyone was very friendly but the wait time for a coffee was insanity.

I was trying to bring coffee for all my coworkers this morning, but then the Tim Hortons had me waiting 15 minutes to get a big coffee to go order. They served everyone else that walked in after me and didn’t help me until I asked. $31 order to be ignored.

Supervisor Jen was very friendly! Had a large group of rowdy kids and they were very kind and accommodating. Replaced a spilled drink and wouldn't even allow us to clean it. Fixed a caffeine mixup free of charge. Very well maintained and great staff! Thank you lakeshore!

Went in asked for a French vanilla. I asked for a second cut to keep it hot as I was bringing to the hospital. THEY TRIED TO GIVE ME A DOUBLE DOUBLE. I asked if I had paid for it. no one spoke ENGLISH to figure it out . WOW. I left. don't go here they can't help and don't care .
