I really love this location, everything from the food, staff, etc., is fantastic, my only complaints is I wish when it came to online orders, that staff was made aware that when packaging items, it's not a good idea to place muffins on top of donuts with icing or to place said donuts up against a hot beverage. Whie an adult might be okay with the icing on their donut being stuck to a paper bag, a young kid does not. The frustrating part is you guys have boxes for donuts with toppings, but yet you don't think to use them for online orders. I have tried using the space to specify having the donut placed in a box when ordering online, and not once has the staff read it or acknowledged it, just food for thought!!!

So its a serious concern!!!!! There employees are working at food court with the skin disease! Employee named Robert serving the customers with skin problem. Already complained to Food safety Department. ✅

Visited tim hortens kelowna for the first time while spending a lovely day out at a beach, but a lady named kanwal ruined my whole day when i asked her for the coffee without any sugar and sweetner (as i am allergic). But she still served me coffee with double amount of sugar. Would never recommend to visit this store to any one.😡

This location has the best staff and service I have ever received at a Tim Hortons. They consistently go above and beyond to accommodate me while im recovering from surgery or just rushing to work because I am late. The food is always done well and the order is always correct. Highly recommend this store!!!

I took my daughter here the other day for lunch and had the best experience. She was not having the best day but the staff were so kind and friendly and helped make her smile! The food and obviously the coffee were great as always!! Thank you to everyone at this location for being kind, friendly and always making their customers feel welcome!

Excellent service, fast, the best quality and all the ladies were polite and hard workers, very kind, hard to see that in other locations, the best Tim Horton location I ever visit, keep it up.

As a DoorDash driver, I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences at this Tim Hortons location. They constantly refuse to hand over orders — even if it’s just a single cold coffee — unless I bring a delivery bag. I understand the importance of using a hot bag for hot food, but applying the same rule to a cold beverage is just plain unreasonable. It feels more like they’re trying to exercise control than actually caring about food quality.
On one visit, the manager even told me, “We’re doing your job,” which was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. If that’s the attitude, maybe start by doing it right — like separating hot and cold items properly in your own store before lecturing others. Ironically, they hand me hot AND cold items mixed together and still expect it to go in the hot bag — which defeats the whole purpose of temperature preservation.
Honestly, it feels like the staff here think they’re smarter than everyone else while ignoring basic logic. It’s disappointing and unnecessary. I hope corporate takes notice, because this kind of treatment to delivery partners isn’t acceptable.
If the cashier understood English or had paid proper attention... maybe they'd have gotten my order right the first time & I wouldn't have been late for my appointment...
