Definitely one of the nicer franchises in Kelowna. 9/10 employees are nice, helpful and fast and I love how a lot of seniors come here ( that's a sign of a good Timmie's eh 🙂)

Suggested by my friend visited timhortons lakeshore…. And had a really bad experience. A turban guy ( gurinder) he was shouting at his fellow staff and served me in really angry behaviour. Asked him about the variety of cold drinks but was not interested to tell me. Action must be taken🙏.

If 0 stars was an option I would vote twice. Waited 30 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. Hire english speaking people and you might get better service. Working at Tim Hortons is equal to doing road construction. No one does any work and it takes forever

I just have to tell you how much I love going to this Tim's location, the staff here are amazing, always friendly and make me feel like I'm special, this is my neighborhood tims and I go here every day and every day I get the same amazing service. I have gone to other tims during my travels and I may be prejudice but this tim outshines them all. They are simply the best.
