I went there to meet a friend for lunch, and ordered one of their new bowls. They handed me a wrap and my friend came up and told them to make it into a bowl not only because it was a difference in $2 between a wrap and a bowl but because they had gotten my order wrong. The atmosphere was loud and noisy, and it echoed everywhere.

Bought multiple items. Pastries was just place on counter did not even called out name. The one on monitor was not attentive( kashar). I have to ask few times if the item being handed is mine but not actually my order until I ask if why is the soup small. Staff are hovered in the that spot not know what they are doing. Very confusing. I had been in this store few times and there service are getting bad to worst. WHY?
