I ordered a bagel BELT with no cheese, and the person taking my order repeated back no cheese, so I didn’t think this would be a problem. However by the time I already drove away and got to school, I realized my bagel did have cheese in it. This is very unfortunate as it I have a dairy allergy, thus I did not get to eat breakfast this morning.

I love this Tim Hortons — the coffee is delicious and the staff is very friendly. They’re always polite and even remember customers’ names. I always enjoy spending time there. But I do have one request. The soap in the washroom has an unpleasant smell. Maybe it’s the store’s policy to use that specific soap, but if not, would it be possible to replace it with a different one? Sometimes when I wash my hands there and then go about my day, the smell stays with me for a long time, and it’s really not very pleasant. And it’s not easy to wash that smell off with another soap — it’s very persistent.

Glenmore - Kane road - Kelowna I must express my disappointment regarding the service I received. I was informed at the counter that French vanilla was unavailable due to a product shortage, and I received a refund. However, I then attempted to order via the drive-through, as I found it difficult to believe they would operate without one of their most popular products. It was not surprising that the drive-through service was able to fulfill the order without any issues.
