Very bad customer service Manager was very rude & kept giving me dirty looks Not a great place to visit Won’t be back to this place Didn’t put enough cream cheese on a bagel when asked she said we charge extra I said fine charge me Charge me $1;05 but still didn’t put enough cream cheese. Outlets are shut off. Ac is barely on in the summer and blasting in the winter. They don’t want you dinning in. This goes for all Tim’s in Kelowna if not Canada at this point. Hate to say it but McDonald’s is cheaper, has functioning outlets and keep their restaurants at a good temperature for customers
This is the worst Tim Hortons in Kelowna. The food is awful. Usually cold or stale. I live near by and they screw up my order almost every single day. This is what happens when you hire an entire staff who aren’t Canadian. The service goes out the window….. They should start paying me back for all the food that I end up throwing in the garbage.

Horrible, worst tim Hortons I've ever been to, debet machine is always down, so I go out of my way to come inside to find out I still can't pay, or get my coffee before I wasted all the time I had to get to work with no coffee.. on top of that the food here is always stale or sold out of what you want.
This makes for TWICE now that at this location I've been given sugar in my coffee when I have very clearly ordered it with just cream. I had to drive all the way back only to be told that I should "look at the screen and see how they rang it in". The hell is that? Why is that MY responsibility? I'm insulin resistant. Drinking that would make me sick. There's like eight people standing around talking (as usual here) , how hard is it to get the simplest thing correct?

The food is always good we order from here all the time. When I was in the drive thru the bag of our food ripped and it fell on the ground, they gave us new food, timbits we didn't order and a discount I'm pretty sure

If I am feeling hungry I know just where to go, and that is this very specific Tim Hortons location. The workers/staff are very nice and greet me every time I come in. The restaurant is always clean and presentable. Food is always cooked just right and the prices are very affordable. :)

I always have a great experience at the Tim Hortons in Kane Rd! The staff are friendly and efficient, even during busy times. My coffee is always hot and fresh, and the food is consistently good. The location is clean, and the service is quick. It’s my go-to spot for a morning coffee or a quick snack. Highly recommend this Tim Hortons to anyone in the area!
