On January 14th at 1pm , I watch a customer bring her soup back to the lady behind the counter and the Tim hortons worker dumped the soup back into the new pot of soup instead of putting it in the garbage.The store is poorly managed. Very dirty and the staff each have poor listening skills and no manners.I will never go back to that Tim hortons and will recommend to others not to either.

Nice atmosphere. Fairly new building. Neutral warm colors. Short staffed with nobody cleaning floors or tables while I was there. Great coffee and doughnuts.

Why is it that so many times I tryto order something to go with my coffee, they don’t have it. Today..no cookies of any kind, no specially made Apple fritter dream doughnuts, no double chocolate or chocolate glazed doughnuts. All they could muster was two chocolate chip muffins.I wen’t home to a very sad and upset family because nobody got what they asked for. What else could I do but apoligize for Tim Hortons. A very verysad day for this mom.Please understand that customers deserve better.Thanks
