Pretty good service from the younger staff members but the older women at this Tim Hortons have given me some of the most unpleasant customer service experiences I’ve ever had to deal with on two separate occasions.They are very rude and defensive and blame the customer, I’ve had food basically shoved across the table at me and them walking away when I’m trying to explain that my orders wrong.I really hope something changes at this place.

Not the worst, but they have been unable to take gift cards because their machine is broken since before Christmas, which is really frustrating.

Always came by before classes to grab an iced coffee and a farmer's wrap and would be my go-to when studying on-campus. It's a cheaper option especially when the rest of the places on campus is so expensive

Place says 6 people allowed (including the employees) and then they kick customers out because we don’t know that. If they ask nicely, then okay but the cashier was extremely rude. They also don’t fix the orders if they get it wrong. Won’t compensate at all. No reward points either. Go somewhere else.

Very poor customer service to say the least. Purchased breakfast this morning they couldn't take the time to ask if I needed anything, proceeded to jam my food out of the window. I didn't need utensils or condiments, thanks. Manager said they aren't required to ask... your buisness is customer service, figure it out.

The absoule worst food from this location and the 2 in windfeild. Junk every time I go to these 3 loactions. Must be the same owner. Through in the towel bud. Hard donuts. Stale bread. I ask everytime for double toasted. I get no toasted. I will never go to these loactions again. Junk.
