Whoever baked these Chocolate Dip donuts really dropped the ball. The chocolate coating looks dull, uneven, and uninspired—almost like it was slapped on as an afterthought. A good baker should know that presentation matters, and these donuts scream “lazy work.”
The donuts look dry and unappetizing, and it’s clear there wasn’t much care put into them. Chocolate-covered donuts are supposed to look rich and inviting, not like something that’s been sitting around all day. If this is the best the baker can do, I’d suggest they step up their game or consider a different profession. Not worth the money or the calories!

Disgusting. Went inside the store today as I needed to use the washroom. Purchased a steeped tea and headed to the bathrooms. Went into the women's and was disgusted by how filthy it was. No toilet paper and just in a general state of filth. Went over to the men's and it was even worse. There was feces on the walls, the toilet hadn't been cleaned in a long time, and the sink had grime and dirt, looked like it hadn't been scrubbed in months. I have travelled a lot over the years to some very poor countries and have never seen a bathroom this bad. I was shocked and horrified. I mentioned this to the clerk at the front, she didn't even flinch. This is not a good look for Tim Hortons as a company. The franchise owner needs to make some serious changes and clean this place up. The owner should be absolutely embarrassed at the state of his business.

This might be the worst tim hortons I have ever visited (and that is saying something, considering how much they have declined over the last 2-3 years). While I’m waiting to order (empty store btw, I’m the only one in line) multiple employees just look up at me, and go back to either sweeping or looking at their phone. Took 10 minutes for someone to take my order, only to tell me the machine is broken and i will have to wait longer. And in past visits, the food has always been at best sub-par, and at worst inedible. Half-empty drinks, stale bread thats hard as a rock, etc. Honestly unacceptable!

Was empty when I got there but took forever for the worker took take my order then was on the phone while trying to make my order, which would be is fine if It was made right.
Their hot drinks are inconsistent, and that’s why I’m giving this rating. Here’s my recent experience: I went through the drive-thru around 3 pm today and ordered a French Vanilla, but the taste was disappointing—watery and weak. I mentioned the issue, and the lady taking my order gave a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement tasted the same. I really wish they’d put more effort into making their drinks consistently good.

If I could give this zero stars I would. This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been too. In the last 15 times or more that I have gone here not once have they gotten my order right. This time I was here I ordered 2 black berry quenchers and both were very watery and looked very light in colour. I tried it at the window and sure enough it tasted just like club soda. I told the guy at the window and he says yeah sorry we ran out of blackberry juice. We asked him to just replace them with ice coffee then and he forgot to add the syrup. I at that point was frustrated and took it as a loss and left. I have no idea why this location is allowed to operate under the Tim Hortons banner while offering garbage products that aren’t made to company standards and garbage customer service.
