Terrible service. Usually takes at least 20 mins for your food. Somehow never has ice. Food is either burnt or undercooked every time. This time I waited 30 mins for 2 ice coffees and never actually received my order.

This has to be the dirtiest Tim’s I’ve ever been in, especially when you see how new the building is. The front doors has three days of finger prints and crud on the the glass, the tables and chairs are all uncleaned and have stains, while I watched the staff talking and chatting in heir native tongue. The district manager or head office needs to crack down on this franchise and the owner, it isn’t a great representation of the Tim’s business model, especially bing such a new building.

I went in to order breakfast for the family, the lady taking my order didn’t understand what I was asking for off the menu. This was supposed to be a bagel BELT with bacon, instead I got leftover bits of bagel and scraps of bacon. The rest of my order I asked for everything to be a combo/meal… well that didn’t happen either. I had to argue in store that I asked for a coffee and hash browns with each food item… well needless to say I won’t be back and highly recommend not going there if you’re wanting the food you ask for

Worst tim hortons I've been to. When I asked for my regular order that I get at many other locations (slightly customized breakfast sandwich - hashbrowns instead of buns), they just said that they wouldn't do it. So I got a normal breakfast sandwich with no bun, and two hashbrowns on the side with the intention of making it myself. What I got was all of the ingredients hastily shoved into a soup container (?) including the hashbrowns, which squished them, and cheese was melted all over. Now I can't assemble it like a sandwich, and they gave me no utensils to eat it with. They weren't nice during the whole interaction either; it seemed like I was inconveniencing them the whole time. I won't be back.

Been to hundreds of Tim Hortons, and this place is the absolute worst of them all. I was first asked to wait 10 minutes for my drive thru order which was perfectly fine, and they handed me my order incomplete. I went back and collect the item they missed and when I got home I realized my order was still wrong (they gave me sweet chilli chicken wrap with no chicken inside). Bunch of Indian fools working at this location, chatting away and doing everything else besides carrying out their job properly.

The ice cap was 2/3 full and so runny, ordered a chicken sandwich the bun was fully burnt so I asked them to remake it. When they remade it there was the saddest oldest piece of lettuce that tasted like it went bad.

Almost every time I decide to go into this drive-thru because it's close to my work, I regret it. I'm literally stuck in the drive-thru lane for 20 to 25 minutes. By the time I get my food it's low quality, and cold. The icecubes are completely melted in my "iced coffee". The customer service is not great and Timmy's like these make me not want to spend another dollar at any of their chains. The staff needs to be retrained at every location. It's been going downhill for the past 4 years.

This is the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to!The level of ineptitude is mind-boggling.The lack of attention to the front counter is beyond comprehensionStaff does not listen and ignores the counter area.I would give a half star if I could.

Horrible experience, took 20 mins for my buddy’s farmers wrap, lady taking out order forgot what we got twice and wouldn’t listen to my buddy when he said he wanted a meal. Very unfriendly staff and horrible food.

ordered our food and tried to use multiple gift cards that i had and was told i’m only allowed to use one gift card per transaction. we left and went to a different tim hortons and used all the gift cards on one purchase. this tim hortons is so dumb and no one knows what they are

Went there at 9:40pm on Feb 19th wanting a green tea bag because I knew they would be closing soon. The front door was locked even though it was 20 minutes before close and I watched as the female employee mopping up front look up at my parked car and walking away to the back. Realizing they wouldn’t open the door, I went through the drive through where the male employee there proceeded to go out of his way to be extremely condescending and try to gaslight me into saying that I didn’t stop to order at the mic prior to driving up to this window. I had stopped and gotten no answer after I said hello several times, and even if I hadn’t there was absolutely no one else there. When I told him that he had been extremely rude, he told me “I don’t care”. I worked in customer service for a long time and I am beyond appalled at my experience. Needless to say I wish I hadn’t stopped for this green tea because it definitely wasn’t worth the time I wasted and being talked down to for absolutely no reason.

The worst Tim’s. Below is the picture of double toasted bagel I got from here. This is not the first or last time they burnt it.It really depends on the day sometimes I order a toasted bagel and it’s not even slightly warm so I started ordering double toasted and I get it burnt(not always but every once in a while). They were out of steep tea for a month and most days they are out one thing or the other. This is location close to work so I end up going here often and really hope something changes.

This is the worst Tim hortons location I have ever seen. We waited in line for 10 minutes before anyone even considered taking an order. We waited 25 minutes for our food, and watched as at least 15 walk in customers turn around and walk out because they were not only not being served but ignored. If you are this franchise owner, I would be extremely concerned. Absolutely terrible experience.
