Every time I visit this Tim Hortons, my order gets messed up. Today I asked for a freshly baked bagel and an old fashioned plain donut. I even told them I was willing to wait 10 minutes, but they gave me attitude and refused to fulfill the request. Instead, they handed me a toasted bagel and claimed it was freshly baked. On top of that, they gave me an iced latte when I clearly ordered a hot one. They even over charged me. It’s always a frustrating experience at this location and honestly, I’m done. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this Tim Hortons to anyone.

I really had a very bad experience. Customer service really needs improvement the girl taking orders doesn’t know how to speak in English she messed with our order then I gave her second chance she again gave me wrong order instead of accepting her mistake she misbehaved and was very very rude, I am very disappointed with their customer it’s was only me I witnessed many complains and customers unsatisfactory services there.

Looks like a homeless encampment! You have to walk by people doing drugs,passed out or begging for money. People working there don't care doing 1 order at a time with a line up( 3 people in front of me and it took 10 mins for a coffee!?) Get rid of the street people making your business a hangout it's gross, depressing and scary to see all that at 630am.

Very dirty place and on top of that their coffee tastes like water. Had stomach issues after one latte from this particular cafe. Would be great if staff speak and understand English. Also there is always looooooong waiting time to order.
First time ordering at this place will not be coming back ever. The entire order was right but it was all wrong. The two donuts were not what we ordered, the 10 pack mixed timbits were not mixed but all the same as the two wrong donuts they gave. The coffees were dark roast but meant to be an original roast, with no cream or sugar to make them double doubles like I ordered. My kids hot chocolate had no whipped cream that I paid extra for. For a pretty simple order the staff showed their incompetence.

Just had the Breakfast Sandwich with Sausage as nationally advertised for $3 and bought a small black coffee to sip on. Nice hot coffee. The sandwich was great. Toasty warm and fresh. Very nice people.

Terrible service. The employees serve you poorly, are arrogant and rude. They have a bad disposition to serve customers, and have few hygiene measures. They touch food with their hands without using gloves and there are flies inside the display cases where the donuts are kept.

Worst place to eat is tim hortons at bernard evenue their coffee and french vanilla taste like water i you gonna order some chicken stuff ask them to add fresh most of the time the add chiken to your food which is not fresh and hard to chew do they clean their garbage everyday ? Do their staff always stay tired and they look lazy all the time
