Tim Hortons in downtown Kelowna is in a convenient spot, and the coffee and food are the same reliable quality you’d expect from Tims. The staff work hard to keep things moving, even when it gets really busy.
The only thing that makes the experience a bit challenging at this location is the street activity around the area. It’s part of being downtown, and while it’s not entirely the restaurant’s fault, it does affect the overall atmosphere if you’re hoping to sit in and relax.
For takeout, it’s quick and easy, but if you want a more comfortable place to sit down, I’d probably choose another Tim Hortons location in Kelowna.

Every time I visit this Tim Hortons, my order gets messed up. Today I asked for a freshly baked bagel and an old fashioned plain donut. I even told them I was willing to wait 10 minutes, but they gave me attitude and refused to fulfill the request. Instead, they handed me a toasted bagel and claimed it was freshly baked. On top of that, they gave me an iced latte when I clearly ordered a hot one. They even over charged me. It’s always a frustrating experience at this location and honestly, I’m done. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this Tim Hortons to anyone.

I really had a very bad experience. Customer service really needs improvement the girl taking orders doesn’t know how to speak in English she messed with our order then I gave her second chance she again gave me wrong order instead of accepting her mistake she misbehaved and was very very rude, I am very disappointed with their customer it’s was only me I witnessed many complains and customers unsatisfactory services there.
