I visit this Tim Horton's daily. Given that this is not purpose built location and space converted into a Tim Horton's I think rating them compared to other locations is unfair. The staff are amazing, friendly, and always efficient getting the orders out as quickly as possible.

Long line, slow service, unorganized workers, always out of something important and food is made poorly. Staff need training on how to multitask. Staring at one bagel while it toasts is going to get you a 15+ person lineup. It’s sad how far Tim’s has fallen from where it began
