Not a good experience at all! I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese, bacon, and lettuce and they asked me at the window if I wanted mayonnaise on my bagel. And I said no. I opened up my bagel and it was smothered in mayonnaise. Also, who puts mayonnaise on a bagel with cream cheese on it that’s really weird. Just for next time, don’t ask if I want something if you’re gonna do it anyway

I went today morning and told them to give me egg and cheese english muffin sandvich they did not listen properly and give me egg and cheese bacon muffin i dont eat meat at all and i throw my sandwich in the garbage i saw when i was on highway even can’t come back.

People hate on Timmy's but let me tell you something about this location: its the best in West Kelowna.
The drinks? Always made right. Creamy, cold, fresh made. The food? Any substitutions are always correct.
The people? The kindest and the speediest. Literally have the fastest line up inside and especially in the drive thru. That line wraps around the building and the thing that takes the longest is the people who had ample time to think about their order but still have to take 5 minutes. And even when there are Karen's, they solve the problem with a smile.
100% recommend this location. Its a bit out of the way for some but if you can, choose here.

The worst Tim Hortons that i ever had, Packaging is very poor and filthy. They put wrap directly in the bag as in even a sandwich, they didn't even wrap my sandwiches , is this new normal? also they rush me in the window for payment as well.

The food is great! I ordered a chicken noodle soup, cilantro chicken wrap, and a dark roast. The cashier staff is very friendly and got my orders right. I will definitely come back to this store.
My partner was just there to grab a coffee inside and eight workers ignored him and three other customers. They even made eye contact and did not serve anyone. Every customer walked out. Disappointed this is what Tim Hortons has become! Check the cameras. Happened Dec 14th, between the hours of 12:30 - 12:45 pm. Inexcusable!! I’d give zero stars if I could.
