I dont go to Tim's very often because they cant seem to get my order right. I ordered 2 coffees and 6 tim bits. I thought $16 was a bit high but its early. Apparently they dont know the difference between tim bits and donuts anymore.

When they get order right they’re good, but 2 of 5 orders always messed up. They repeat it back to correctly then you get to window and its wrong. Then they just shake the receipt at you like that answers all the questions. I get it, its fast food, it is what is, but the service issues starting to out weigh the convenience.
