This morning I went into the restaurant to get my order plus timbits for work. This is a very busy location but they are defiantly customer orientated! I usually go though the drive-thru and love the service there too. I recommend you try this location when you are in the area! Well done Tim's Team!

I was standing for almost 5mins in the order area. No cars in your drive thru not much customers in store. Two guys keep talking and talking in the side tried calling their attention for a while. No customer service urgency. Too many flies going around in the customer area. Messy floor. Flatbread is good

Ordered at drive thru they purposely and kept on repeatedly while laughing mixing the order, I asked them why they do that all the time, got to the window they just laughed at me again, the worst service ever.
Ordered a jalapeno bagel w/ herbgarlic cream cheese and a turkey club with chipotle. Instead I got a sauce less sandwich and a bagel with no cream cheese. At least they were friendly, I guess.

Only Tim Hortons in town that actually knows how to make chai latte. They have always been consistent with quality of it. Morning staff is really nice and knows what they are doing. A special mention goes to the manager Aakansha Sharma for managing and training the staff as per industry standards. Keep up the good work.

1 star because this is not the first time omg. There needs to be a reminder to work consistently, and steady not rush during a rush. Often you guys give me the wrong food or just hand things to me covered in sauce without a bag or napkins and walk away before I can ask. You have great friendly staff let them work at a reasonable pace to give good service. Because this is the second time in a week I’ve eaten paper! Today it also tasted sweet like whoever made it had syrup on their gloves.
