I've been going here for breakfast quite often lately. At least in my case, the staff have been nice to me, the interior has been relatively clean, and they've always gotten my order right. The location is convenient as well.

Their service is often slow when the restaurant is busy, but that's understandable, and they still acknowledge me even if they can't take my order right away. I suspect that they're understaffed, but they seem to be doing the best that they can.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband and I asked three times for the bathroom key, which was right next to the till, and were repeatedly told to “wait” — even when he was placing an order. Eventually, a staff member grabbed the key, pushed past me, and went straight into the bathroom herself. To make matters worse, she came out of the stall and rushed back to work without washing her hands. Completely unhygienic and disrespectful experience.

i had to post it after got worst service at drive thru for 3rd time in a row. I ordered one latte and it was super slow that time but they even started making my order after i paid it and he took 2 minutes to just give me that latte even it was ready within 30 seconds. I think owner needs to take reviews seriously or else they should shut it down

This is the worst Tim Hortons, they have several persons working and everyone focusing only on drive thru, no one acknowledge walk in and they will ignore you like you are invisible. Would not recommend them.

****I come by at 5:30 to 5:40am so I get it if not everything is ready****
Today, I asked for a latte that machine was broken.i asked for an expresso shot in my ice cap, and that machine was broken. Egg bites are never ready. I got a green tea for a co-worker, and the hot water dripped down into the cup at an alarming slow speed. The girl making the tea just shrugged like she was used to this. I also asked for timbits.
****ok, so the green tea was luke warm, but the timbits were warm! Owners need to do better and ensure all equipment is working. If it's staff, just unprepared and using this as an excuse, maybe training or new staff is needed.

The service at this location is absolutely dreadful. The cleanliness needs to be addressed, shocked that it hasn't been shut down it needs a health inspection. Went into this location after waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru which is insane and there was bugs in the display cases all over the food.

Horrible location. Many examples of why but it’s too long to type. I will share this ; I went in to get a donut and coffee this past fall and observed wasps all over all their donuts and pastries. Formally allergic to bees. I didn’t order any. The staff were notified and did not bother throwing any of the items out. Zoom in to observe the wasps if necessary. It’s literally a health and safety issue if you dare to go here.
