I recently visited Tim Hortons and was pleased with the level of customer service. Harmeet was helping me with the order.She was friendly, greeted me with a smile, and took my order quickly. Even during a busy time, she kept things moving smoothly and was patient with customers. My order was accurate, and the service felt genuine, not rushed.

The experience in the drive thr was terrible person on the telecom is yelling in the morning.she need proper training and know who to use her words.
The quality of coffee is so inconsistent every day.
I have stopped here randomly over the past few years, earlier in the quality was good but in the past 6-12 months it has really gone downhill.
The coffee is sometimes Not even drinkable. It taste like it has been made with soup water.
Not to mention the service at this location is rarely ever friendly.
I’m not one to normally leave negative reviews but something needs to change here

Every time I visit this location, the service has been rude and unwelcoming. The donuts are never glazed properly, and the washrooms are consistently dirty. This is easily the worst Tim Hortons I’ve been to. Today was the last straw when I was served a cold double-double that tasted like it was left over from the night before. Very disappointing experience.

Ordered a chocolate glaze and all I got was just a plain donut and my biscuit was very stale

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a grilled wrap, but when I got to the window and took a bite, it was cold and clearly not grilled. I drove back to let them know, and the employee said they would replace it with a properly cooked one and that I could keep the first wrap.
However, when she handed me the new wrap, she suddenly asked — in a weird and uncomfortable tone — if I could give the old one back. I don’t have an issue with being asked to return the old wrap, but the way she said it made the whole interaction feel awkward and unprofessional.
It’s not just about the food being wrong — mistakes happen. My real concern is the poor customer service. Based on this experience, I’m honestly not surprised they have a 2.7-star rating. Definitely not what you’d expect from a well-known chain.

Unprofessional customer service by the girl who took my order at 10:40am, is the only reason for giving you guys 1 star.
I understand that you have to make your window time, it doesn’t mean you will not give proper time to customer while giving the order. + no greeting at all.
