ZERO STARS - The last few months this Timmies has become the WORST Tim Hortons I have have every been too... thats saying a lot. I have driven across this country more than once and there are some bad Timmies.Went in today and had a horrible experience with ordering and then waiting and waiting.Lady I ordered from was nice enough but got my order wrong right away (wrong donut no worries easy fix) then I sit there and wait for 10 mins with no one else in there.I ask hey is my food coming and all I get back is oh we don't have any buns, it will be another 2 mins. 5 mins later same thing another 2 mins. So I wait. I get this quarter sandwich which had more meat then bun and had been a large bun ripped in half. So i go back in and have to explain why this sandwich is unacceptable. Now I am told to wait again to get a new sandwich.Either way DON'T GO TO THIS TIM HORTONS. Drive a few mins down the road and go to any other Tim's in Kelowna, you at least quickly get what you ordered.

Waited a half hour for two wraps, ordered a small ice cap and a bottle of ice tea, which they never gave me and I had to ask again for them and they then told me the ice cap machine was broken and they gave me a lrg D/D instead. I will never go to that Tim Hortons again, and will tell as many people as I can to never go there either. Worst Tim Hortons in Kelowna

I got the M d&d coffee it was so oldAnd threw it outtoday I came again and told the person the coffee was old yesterday if you make it fresh for meShe said let me see what I can doShe put hot water in the coffee and gave it to meAnd I hate giving one ⭐️ to this store justbecause workers don’t know how to make customers happy

I've never left a bad review before but this time Hortons is so bad I feel like I must. 98% of the time that I go through this timmies (which use to be every day) my order was either drastically wrong or they just forgot about my order when I was the only customer. I've had to go through the drive through a second time to remind them I ordered or to correct my order many many times. Worst Tim Hortons in Kelowna.

Once every week my friend and I visit this location and have had many times with difficulties. One such occasion was today, again, that there was no toilet tissue in either stall in the ladies room. I spoke to a staff member about stocking up and received a nod and a smile. One hour later upon leaving I went back to use the washroom and there still was no toilet tissue. This is not the 1st we've encountered thus problem. Also one of the exits to the store would not open even though it was not locked.Please remedy this problem before I take my business elsewhere.

The worst tim Hortons I have ever been in. Dirty bathroom and a non functional tap for hand washing. Dirty floors and tables. A long wake for the food and then my turkey bacon club had no turkey in it. My advice - STOP ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THIS!

Employees are extremely unintelligent. I had to tell them how to bill my specialty order and they refused, saying they cannot make chili cheese wedges at their location. Terrible location.
