I'm pretty much done with Tim Hortons. It doesn't matter which one you go to, they will screw up your order. Can't understand drive through attendants and/ cant understandyou. They can't follow simple directions and the food portions have become small and subpar.

Worst timhortons, ordered a cappuccino quarter cup was empty when I opened the lid to add sweetener. I manage a Tim hortons myself. This is ridiculous that to save some cost from inventory, customers orders are being compromised. Paid full price just get half cup of cappuccino. Never going back to this store
