Ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with regular cream cheese. It came out half regular and half herb and garlic. Tried to get a new bagel and the man working the til argued with me and said that it was normal. Also found out that my coffee was made incorrectly, but decided not to fuss about it. We had two other items made correctly, but having the other two made wrong and the terrible service is why this has to be a one star review.

There was a worker her name is Jashandeep she didnt wanna open the washroom door for my girlfriend because she wanted to use the washroom before we order and my girlfriend was almost gonna pee in her pants because the jashandeep didnt let the other workers open the door too she said its full and stuff but when they finally open the door it was empty

So I ordered potatoes veggies today around 5:30pm, and got such a less quantity. It’s all so hard, looked like it’s there for so long, so at least give some good quality, if we are paying. It really disappointed me this time.

I ordered half french vanilla and hot chocolate but I have no idea what drink I have gotten, it is tasting like coffee with no hint of the drinks I ordered, I really didn’t like the service as well, as they were in a hurry to take my order and weren’t interested to take it properly.
