I casually stop in at this location for coffee from time to time and they always seem to offer only certain donuts at their location and the next they change. Not to mention the absurd, deranged, and loud opera music they play throughout the drive through and building area. The workers are indefinitely unenthusiastic and push your items at you through the drive through. Would not recommend this location.

Been routinely let down by this Tim Hortons location, often stop here to order an iced coffee and each time there is either so much milk there basically isn’t any coffee or no milk at all. On top of this, today I ordered a toasted marshmallow cold brew, and was given a regular iced coffee. Upon returning, the lady in the drive thru informed me that the marshmallow one doesn’t come with foam on top and I’d have to pay extra, however after returning the next day another employee told me it does come with it.

Most dirty place I have seen beside Walmart self checkout kelowna. Washrooms no toilet paper, they just give you napkins, it’s 🤢 Tables al dirty, skip this one!

Do not buy sandwiches here. It used to be okay bit now its always stale bread. They inconsistently don't stir Coffee. Their services really gone downhill in the last year.

DO NOT EAT HERE! I just ordered a Bagel with Herb and Garlic. Asked for it to be on both sides. Got it with only one side covered. Note I opened and touched said Bagel. Stated that was wrong they took it back, they then opened it looked at it noticed it was wrong. Then re wrapped it, and served it out the Drive Thru Window.... Mind you after I touched it!

This Tim Hortons has always been my choice at this Esso. However I don’t often have a choice of donuts. I like to purchase the pastry to take out when I’m buying gas at Esso. Sadly there never is much of a choice at this Tim Hortons. Being they’re opened 24 hours you’d think there would be a variety to choose from. One evening at around midnight we wanted some pastries. We tried calling to find out if it was worth the drive to pick some up. There was no answer. Called back later assuming they were busy. After three or four tries without any answer I called the Esso station wondering if they had someone working at Tim Hortons. He said there was staff standing there so I called back with no response. Fast and friendly staff. This location is very homie. You can feel that you’re at home. I went there 4weeks ago and i like their manager he’s very happy going while cheering the staff and positive too. I will surely come back and see them again

This location is half 711 it is really busy, however even they are busy you can see in they are faces that they enjoying working in this location. I probably go back in this location and buy my stuff. So far this is my favorite location for my coffee.
