Not rating usually but because yesterday this tim’s branch made me disappointed I’ve been here for many times and almost a week we are ordering, i ordered to 1 lady Basically I ordered 2 Vanilla and 4pcs of plain bagels, 3butter 1 cream cheese, i said to the lady that i have an survey discount so she called a manager to ask if they are accepting like that and the manager said yes but if possible only 1 should use, but then manager mentioned for now u can use them its okay, then the lady just listen and just quietly punching order, when I received my order i only received 1 coffee vanilla and 5pcs of bagels 3 butter and 2creamcheese Very clear that she’s not listening, so i came back to order another coffee i told to manager I ordered 2 and she just quietly listen without saying anything, i can say that this branch is totally different to other branch they doesn’t have a friendly staffs no smiles no good service at all… sorry but this is not good

Inconsistent, I ask for a double double coffee, plain and simple and they still can't do it right, they don't add sugar or any in my coffee, while I still drink it, it has happened far too many times and I'm getting tired of it.
I understand that this location is busy most of the time and I respect the effort of the workers put in, and support Tims but c'mon! I'm sick of this!

I visit this tim hortons daily and they are super good at providing services. They always recognize me by my name and that’s why i love their customer service alot specially elaine and jinky are best.
Ordered an egg belt, specified no meat twice, get 10 mins away before realizing they put bacon on it. As a vegetarian this is very poor service

VERY disappointed. Tag on mug on display showed 50% off. Was only one left of style i liked. Counter staff Snatched tag away when I showed it to the girl and said it was wrong. Fine perhaps an error and was not tagged correctly but the extremely poor customer service and unwillingness to honor the advertised/shown price is most unimpressive. Another lady working in store apologized and said would call the manager. Didn't happen with frustration from first encounter. I left and now there is one less formally very loyal customer.

I had turkey bacon sandwich meal with a sea salt wedges and a coffee… my overall experience was awesome. Dining area was cleaned and looks well organized and moreover , their halloween decoration is at top notch. Must say you guys did a great job!!!
