Always have a great time here and love the food here. We had Jay as our server tonight and he was so great and attentive!! He was making sure our drinks were filled and we had all the wings we could possibly dream of. Wanted to give him a shoutout because we had such great service. Jay = slay

I am writing this review to share my recent experience at TONICS and to highlight the unprofessional and discriminatory behavior of a front door Security staff member!
Having visited this establishment over 50 times in the past, I have generally enjoyed my visits; however, I was taken aback by the incident that occurred.
My friend and his family, have over 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, have been previous owners and operators of multiple establishments, was denied entry due to his physical disability resulting from scoliosis and mobility challenges!!!
The doorman, a dark haired caucasian male in his mid-20s to early 30s, judged my friend's walking style and wrongfully assumed he was under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Despite my attempts to explain my friend's physical condition in a respectful and cordial manner, the doorman remained closed-minded and did not seek further clarification from management or someone above him.
Consequently, we were all barred from entering TONICS due to this staff member's discriminatory actions. It is particularly disheartening to note that my friend has never faced such issues in any other establiahment in Kelowna before, but experienced similar discrimination on 2 previous occasions at TONICS.
I urge potential visitors to consider this experience carefully, as you may encounter profiling and discrimination at TONICS that could leave you feeling devalued.
Kelowna has many more food and beverage establishments that will show you respect and value your patronage, you may prefer to attend one of those locations.
Think again before you visit this place.

Walked in tonight around 8:30pm, May 28, 2025… place was about 1/2 full, I asked to sit at a table but was told “no”!, bar was my only because I was alone, I stated that there is 6 or 7 empty 2 seater tables and why I couldn’t sit there, told if I don’t want to sit at the bar they can’t help me, now I’m a 52 year old man traveling for business and come here 4 or 5 times a year and usually spend about 120 bucks a visit… I guess I’ll take that business elsewhere…

We have been patrons of Tonics for about four years. Lately we have noticed that the wings have a fishy taste. We inquired why this was happening and were told it was because they cooked the calamari in the same oil. The other food at Tonics is great but we may have to find a different wing spot if this continues.
Brought my Ma here to watch Hockey playoffs. They treated her like gold and the food & beer was great 🙂.

Had a nice time here, the pub was cool and staff was very friendly, came in with a group of friends for some wings and pizza after a hike. It was my friends birthday and the server picked up on that and treated us great.
