Have come in many times now, and have repeatedly received pretty bad service from alexis, she caused drama and problems with my table the whole night and was absurdly rude to myself and my partner. I’ve also had friends have the same experience. She will intentionally ignore tables, slam plates in front of customers she doesn’t like, and be incredibly unprofessional. Will not be returning or recommending this establishment for some time. Sad as i loved the ambience and food provided.

We have been loyal customers of Tonics for past 8 years. During the past year we noticed a big change...management. On our last visit we were lied to about happy hour initially, told they don't do that anymore. We ordered the wings, they were awful and we told them so. The only taste they had was that they were burnt. There was no acknowledgement, no apology, just the bill. That will be our last visit to Tonics.

Went to tonics today was ok food, had a beer and wings and paid the bill. The waitress asked if everything was ok as she noticed no tip...and that it was expected to pay a tip in a bar. Or that her manager would take it out of her pay. After she demander a tip . I told that I usually leave cash. But not Now. since you expect to be paid extra for doing your job.many people are paid mim wage and do great work helping others and don't get tips. Tips are not mandatory or should be expected for doing your job. IN TONICS PUB

tip. I have never had a waitress so bold to ask for a tip as if it was mandatory and she deserved more for doing her job.
I then told her I usually tip in cash but NOT today. as you basically demanded a tip.
Many people work for minimum wage much harder then her and do not or are not allowed tips. and are much more grateful and less arrogant . Tips are optional not expected or demanded by a waitress at the pub.

Watched bouncer while at the front of line in white shirt tonight take $100-200 bribes from 25-30 people who weren’t in line at all while us and a ton of people behind us had been waiting to get in for 30minutes. Not right, against the law and just looked at us like we were the stupid ones. Not even a good place.

Tonics WAS amazing back in the day. Now, not at all. Went with 6 of us for a bday dinner and drinks at 5:30pm. All of our highballs were served in plastic cups like we were 10 years old. Asked for glass, but supposedly not available. Maybe 3 other tables there, but service was OFF and most of our food sent back.

Tonic’s wings night is great for small groups.We waited for 35-40 minutes for a table for our group of 5 and it was frustrating, especially when smaller groups were seated before us. The lack of an excuse chair made the wait less pleasant.
