Editing my 1 star review to say that this location turned a new leaf when a new manager took over. Great and pleasant service, food is always fresh. No more problems with overcooked frier foods. The manager of this location should be a district manager.

We have been to several triple o's locations and the food at this one topped them all! Best crispy chicken sandwich we have had in a long time! The server behind the til was proactive, engaging, making suggestions and recommending deals. Great service! This location is in a gas station and has even less of a restaurant feel than other locations in town, so ambience is not their specialty but their tables are new, clean, and out of the way of the gas station traffic.

Best Triple O's of any I've been to. Always clean, and always get great service with a smile. I love that the guy (I assume he's the owner?) always wears a tie, is very pleasant and gives es excellent service
I received probably one of the best customer service experiences ever. Joshua helped me out and recommended the gluten free bun, as well as assured me that the fries were gluten free. It’s so hard to find fast food places with gluten free buns so this was the best thing ever. He was the kindest and happiest man i’ve ever met, i’m not sure how much you pay him but it’s not enough. 5/5 stars for sure!! The milkshakes were also so yummy!

Triple O's in Kelowna offers the food and atmosphere you'd expect from a gas station fast food joint. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. After experiencing generally poor service throughout our stay in Kelowna, the women working here were a breath of fresh air. They were very attentive and friendly, making us feel valued rather than just another number. I really appreciated that personal touch. Great job, Triple O's team!
