Had an oreo shake for pickup, the guy spills the shake which i didnt care. But the cup had chocolate all over it, asked him for some napkins. Hands me over one which didnt quite help, asked for a couple more and he starts self talking with a crazy nasty attitude. Even the other customers were shocked by this ridiculous behaviour towards a paying customer. What a clown what a clown. Need to train your employees on customer service.

I don’t write reviews, however I was taken aback by the staff last night, November 22 at 20:00pm. Most fast food places have staff that look miserable and like they want to quit but Triple O’s is quite the opposite. I came in with my Daughter and Wife, we got 1 order of chicken strips 1 kids meal and I decided to be adventurous and get myself the smokehouse. Fantastic food, this was my first time trying Triple O’s and safe to say everyone’s Bellies were happy. Special shoutout to the supervisor with the blonde hair, she was so friendly with my daughter and made us feel so welcome. I will be coming back thank you for a great night guys.

I frequent this Tripple Os often on week days but decided to treat my family on a weekend. The customer service was horrible. There is a young man there that truly NEEDS to work on his customer service. Management needs to be aware

This Triple O’s isn’t just the best in town — they put every other place in the city to shame. The staff are always friendly, professional, and welcoming, and I love that they even offer my dog treats. My order is always fresh and correct, and when I use DoorDash they go the extra mile with kind notes or little drawings that make it feel personal and human.
Head and shoulders above the rest — nothing else in the city even comes close. This is how food service should be done.
