This is my favourite fast food chain because it’s restaurant-food (White Spot), just on-the-go! The food is consistently very good quality and it’s delicious! It’s expensive because it’s actual restaurant food, not McDonald’s processed junk. You pay for quality.

the service here was terrible. specially a younger women. there’s a man there too but he seemed to me lovely. i would’ve confronted the girl about my displeasure with her service but her demeanour didn’t come of as pleasant to say the least. usually i ignore if people seem rude like that because i too work in food service and understand how tiring it can be but it wasn’t just her service, she wasn’t following good safety standards. she wore jewellery while preparing stuff. she didn’t wash her hands after handing change. i know it’s minor but i still find that on top of her pour service the least you could do but be more mindful.

**Review for Triple O's Canada, at Spall St Kelowna**
I recently visited Triple O's in Kelowna and had an extremely disappointing experience. The salt on the fries was excessive, making them nearly inedible. It seemed like the staff lacked proper training, as they were unresponsive when we complained about the issue. Overall, it felt like a waste of $50. I would not recommend this location.

I love Triple Os and often take my kids for lunch and milkshakes. However, every time I order a milkshake at this location, they hand me a milkshake with a flat top lid that is missing the whip cream, chocolate syrup, and other toppings shown in the photo. I have to hand the shake back and ask for these toppings, to which the employee usually rolls their eyes. It's uncomfortable and very annoying. I've included photos to show my expectation vs. reality lol. This has happened multiple times at this location so I will be giving my business to the other Triple Os locations around town.

I used to love Triple O's but this one has made me rethink going to any Triple O's again.Absolutely the worst customer service from the Indian Girl on the till. They gave us cold fries, and when I took it to her and told it was cold;She puts her hand in the fries, touches it and says, no it's not cold, it's hot. Why do you want to change it ?Her attitude was so disgusting. I just felt that I should leave all the food and leave the trash restaurant.Then they took the fires and refried the same ones but didn't put salt on it as well. It was the worst. It's absurd. I just lost my interest in talking to these trash people.And these trash ones kinda talk behind the back in their own languages always.If you see an angry looking trash girl on the till of Triple O's with others talking to her in the same language . Please rethink your decision.Because they make fun of you in the kitchen as well.Absurd. Totally absurd.I will file an official complaint to White Spot if needed.Make sure you hire nice and polite workers not trash.
