Okay - finally frustrated enough to post a review. The cook at this particular location, does NOT care about his job. Like, at all. This is the 5th bad experience we’ve had at this location and are now going to boycott it altogether. My family and I went through the drivethru tonight. I asked for a Monty mushroom burger with an impossible patty, with no lettuce or tomato. We waited 10-15 minutes for them to “make the impossible patty fresh.” We drove home, 15 minutes away. Opened up dinner - and was served a regular Monty mushroom, WITH tomato and lettuce, and the patty - was real meat. I swear the cook has a problem with vegetarians - because that particular cook usually refuses to even make the impossible patty. Doesn’t seem to matter what time in the evening we’ve come in - the excuse is always “we’re cleaning the grill.” And he won’t make an impossible patty. Tonight’s experience cost $40, wasted 10-15 minutes waiting, drove 15 minutes home, only to drive 15 minutes back. Wasted 40-45 minutes of time. Wasted $40. Wasted time, gas, money. Wasted my family’s patience. It’s the one night of week we get a special dinner out as a reward for all the chores we do together. And they ruined the entire experience.
Thanks to the manager who tried to fix the experience - but honestly - please fire this particular cook on tonight. He’s not a good employee. Enough is enough.

Food is pretty good. Good customer service. Workers are always nice from my experiences. Recommend the deep fried pickles and chicken strips. The chicken strips are crispy and satisfying.

Stopped yesterday at 4:30 to pick up take out. Paid and was asked to pull around and wait. There were to delivery people waiting to pick up in the lobby. Had to wait for 20 minutes before receiving order. When I got order the drinks were wrong. Burgers were cold lettuce was stale and onion rings were over cooked. I love Triple o burgers but they are really expensive and to have this terrible meal is very disappointing. Would not recommend this location to anyone

came at 7:45 to get dinner, 4 cars were waiting to get there food. not abnormal for me to have to wait for a bc chicken burger at triple os as they are made to order but four cars is insanity and the 5th car didn’t even bother waiting…
