Loved this place! Cider was tasty and food was good. Very dog friendly as the owners let their sweet puppies free roam a bit.
The Earl Grey and Kingston Black were highlights. Some of the flavored ciders weren't to our taste, but the classic flavors were well done!

We recently had our company Christmas Party here. The food was great, the servers were on the ball. Chloe the manager was exceptional. She was super friendly and even made me a free drink on the house because it took long to make it. Great customer service! Will definitely be going back soon!

The cider was great, and the staff were wonderful. The chicken sandwich was just okay, and unfortunately there was no grilled chicken option. They also only had one high chair, which was already in use, and we had two toddlers with us.

The most amazing experience my husband and I look forward to sharing when in Kelowna. The flights are a dream, of course their selection of ciders is absolutely fantastic. Pizzas are to die for and the staff so so so kind and welcoming. Always smiling. Icing on the cake is Mavis, their resident mutt.

We had the best time at upside down cider! Thomas was great. The service was wonderful. He was a sweetheart as soon as we got there with all the recommendations and just a good vibe just checking on us very thoughtfully checking on us and at the same time there was a sweet Irish band playing in the background plus we got a little extra Love go! Go back go go go check this place out is amazing!

Drove past this place and was drawn to the cool look of the building and a quick scan of their online menu - so happy we stopped in! The fried chicken and pizza were mouth-wateringly good and the cider flight was a perfect way to wash them down!
There is plenty of seating with some different vibes depending on what you’re looking for. They have board games and a lovely rooftop patio!

The kitchen opens at 12pm and my wife and I arrived at 12:05 and paid for our order by 12:12. All this seemed reasonable. We ordered a cider flight and a 1 pizza to share. The cider was good. Our favorite was Vanilla Plum. What was really disappointing and frustrating was the wait for the pizza. We had to wait over an hour for our pizza even though we arrived so close to opening. The pizza came at 1:20. When it came it was burnt. It was frustrating to wait for over an hour with no updates. Since we had to wait so long we checked other reviews and it seems this is a common issue at this Cidery. The wait for food really detracted from what was otherwise good cider. Do not come here if you want to eat. This is only good for cider. Otherwise you may find yourself waiting an unreasonably long time for food.

Went here with my friends when I visited Kelowna. The patio is quite beautiful, especially compared to patios in my homeland. However, I had a bad experience with the drinks. They seemed to be a bit stronger (which may be a positive for some folks) than advertised. If you are hoping to have one or two casual drinks, then you may want to consider this and factor in some extra time when calculating your drink time appreciation.

Does it count as a hidden gem of it's in a very obvious location. Ok, it's not down town Kel it was, but definitely with the driver. Laid back atmosphere, amazing food, service was exceptionally friendly and helpful. You should make this a place to see on Kelowna. Loved it
