We were disappointed with the service during our recent visit. We brought friends based on a great summer experience, but this time the service had clearly declined. Most kebabs were sold out, and it took a long time to get confirmation if hara chicken tikka was available ( which was not) and ordered tandoor chicken tikka, which arrived much later than the rest of the food. By then, we already had several naan breads, which were also noticeably smaller than before. The food tasted good, but the poor service made the experience disappointing—especially during the holiday season.

Very bad restaurant in kelowna. Too much dust in the restaurant. I heard from many peoples that employees never get their TIP and owner don't pay on time. Owner behaviour is sooo rood. I recommend everyone to skip this resturent from your favourite list. Am from Albert. Next time definitely will call u when I will come kelowna. I asked your employee about tip but they said no.

Went there for dine in and 2 girls at the front denied us at 10:10 pm that dine in closed, although the store was closed at 11pm they spoiled our mood. We requested but they denied a customer. Zero customer service, no apology nothing. Visit date 8 dec 10:10 pm

We had a lovely time at this restaurant. The two girls Parminder and Jazz who served our table were exceptional ,friendly smiles, great recommendations, and they checked on us often without being intrusive. Their service really stood out and made the meal extra enjoyable. Definitely coming back!!

I had a great experience at Ustaad G in Kelowna. The food was absolutely delicious — full of flavour and perfectly cooked. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. Definitely a place I would love to visit again!
I was looking forward to visiting as I had heard good things. Unfortunately my nan was undercooked and just tasted like dough. However, the rest of the food was very delicious. I wish service was a little more attentive as I the only person there. It looked like there was 3 servers on and they were all talking and hanging out. Whoever runs this place needs to give their heads a shake as this experience can be remedied so easily. Training, fix a few things with the physical restaurant and maybe pay more attention to vibe. I’m happy the food was good, it seems like it was a hit or miss by the reviews.

Absolutely loved dining at Ustaad Ji! The food was full of authentic flavor, perfectly spiced, and freshly made. The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. Great atmosphere and generous portions — definitely one of the best spots in town for delicious Indian food. Highly recommend!
