Italian store is one of my favourite stores in Kelowna. they have a large selection of olive oils, cheeses, Panettone, and varieties of herds and more. Staff members are always friendly and helpful, especially Nicola from Italy. He is educating me about all the Italian products as well as giving me some tips from an Italian perspective. He has amazing patience and professionalism. I’m very grateful for this opportunity to learn about different cultures. Thank you to all!

So the counter service is rude not welcoming at all. Products are meh.. lack of presentation .. ie not sure how fresh some of those desserts are .
We ordered a custom made Italian meal for my wife’s birthday. 10 out of 10. Their authentic Italian chef made an incredible appie, seafood salad, main course and a chocolate ganache cake for dessert. It was very well priced. We will definitely use them again.
