Chef Matt is an absolute wizard. I came for the beer, and transformed into Anthony Bourdain as we were served some of the most unbelievable food I’ve had in the city. Given how affordable it was, I was floored by the way he was able to wring complex and rich flavors out of something as simple as a BLT. The short ribs are also a must if you enjoy meat, and feeling good (the beer was nice too). Can’t wait to annoy my friends and family talking about this place for the next 10...
